you can always sell way before your target price - just at little profit in case your indicators say correction incoming. then you will buy more after dump.
there's no point in holding coins when indicators say it is overbought and the market is in greed just because your doesn't reach your wishful price

The strategy that I use for Altcoin is a long-term investment. But if the price of a coin can go up higher, I better sell it immediately. Because the Altcoin price opportunity rises sometimes we have to wait long. We must really be able to those advantage of every opportunity that exists. If the price has not gone up and does not provide a better profit, continue to hold it.

Strategy and making use of every possible opportunities are what determine the best time to sell altcoin because most new project coins usually dump in price this when they hit an exchange site so selling asap so ones could buy again will the best strategy but if we're talking about old project which already have hug community support, it better to hold for a long term and sell until ones is satisfy with the profit.

From last one moth you would have recovered a bit of the losses as market in this one month has risen and some of the altcoins have also risen. It will depend if you hold those coins or not or which coin you have purchased and how will they grow in future.

Usually based on the equilibrium value you give you the first to make a decision. If you invest an ETH and sell them at a price of 1.1ETH and you have a profit of 0.1ETH. No need to wait too long because if you get the price you want, sell it and buy other potential Altcoins. We should not reach the high price points because of the higher the price, the greater the risk.

Ofcourse all of us want to profit so it’s reasonable if we will wait if the price reached above ico price but all of this will depend on our capacity and dedication
Because we must admit that some of us are panicking while some are weak and afraid when time comes the value is dropping
What we need here is perseverance in finding each coins that has potential and trust on this that we won’t release untill we will profit and not just to escape the dip

its depends on the project, if the tokens that i hold have a good project i will hold it until the project developed into the good one because when the project success and reach the roadmap, the token price will increase so high but if the project is sucks and bad, its better to just sell all of the coins.

That is what he'l doing right now as you can see , the guy that you qouted above is already hodling his assets because he still suffers alot of losses . today we can see that the price is now getting better but its too early to say that the bear is over since most of the coins are still suffering , some are still at the red zone . best time to sell altcoins is when the time when we sell our bitcoins a.k.a bull trend .

Much better to keep your coins inside your wallet while the bear season is not yet been over, many cases like you already suffer big loses after deciding to panic sell their asset when that big fall downfall happen few months ago, thinking that everything will collapse and avoid to lose bigger than what they've think of, suddenly a big mistake and for sure regrets are stressing them, market is moving up again and keeps trying to make a strong barrier.

Sell your coins if you already have a break even or you are cutting loses to catch up with another moving coins that you think will allow you to recover, the principle of buy low and sell high at this moment is really hard to achieve.

It seems like what you are doing is also correct when selling altcoins above the price of ico but if you dare to speculate to buy again when prices fall and save for a long period of time and be patient waiting for the bull market I am sure you can get more profit from sales before
