I think the best time to sell altcoin is when it gets the price we deserve. I only sell altcoin if it gives me a lot of money. I only sell altcoin if they achieve high prices and bring me much profit. For a specific coin, the best thing to do is try to keep on top of all the news and rumours about it. If there is a good rumour, this often starts a price increase... but when it is officially confirmed and becomes good news rather than just a rumour, that is often the time to sell.
This is an old and well-known strategy, and is used a lot outside of crypto as well - but it can be very useful.

Well for me the best time to sell all my holdings and altcoins is the time market is recover. I accept loss, believe it or not but if I sell now in low value then I will surely regret it. I just wait to atleast market recover and cryptoworld is stable.
There is no specific time for selling because nobody doesn't know when the prices will start increasing. If you made some profit on your investment then definitely you can sell them for profit. The only option we have after investing move along with the market.
Now altcoins down again like 20-30% who knows maybe the best time to sell was in May. It's very hard now to hold some altcoins

You better keep your coins and do not sell coins. Now the Ethereum's being in the fall and this effect on all Altcoin. So Altcoin is currently an awful lot of that down. And if you want to sell your coins better to wait a few more months until the market back up.
