Maybe the problem is only with the Chrome extension? I'm on Firefox with BPIP Extension (v.2.0.3) and I don't see that glitch.

Me this message brought me in a shock as I did not immediately understand what the problem is and I emotionally re-experienced again its a ban on the forum. Obviously, my ban from 5/9/2019 Autoban use is shown here. I look forward to getting fixes from the developers.

Looks good. I'd have left more merit, but my supply is all dried up at the moment... you should be honored you got my last smerit though!

I wonder how many accounts it effects?.. not sure if it is worth doing or not but we could modify 'refresh profile' to start including a check of the last posts page, only if the account is marked as banned on BPIP, and then update it if the last post is more recent than the banned date, and is outside of Meta. We'd have to modify a few things in the DB/SP.. and mark the meta log to distinguish that it was detected with a manual profile refresh. Might be overkill, depending on how many this issue might actually effect, but this might take the burden off of updating them all manually. Just a thought.

At some point a bunch of these unbans happened without being tracked by BPIP (possibly before the unban detection via posts was in place, not sure) so now I need to go back and manually fix them.

The good news is that after having completed the new version of the extension this task moved up by one spot in the TODO list  

I have BPIP installed on both my home PC and android device which makes me think the actual number of users of the extension might only be about ⅔^rds of that number.

Is there some issue with BPIP website and extension?
I noticed today that on DT1 legendary member profile tvplus006 it shows BANNED.
Maybe it is related to old ban and unban from 2019

I'm happy with the expansion ... It would be great if the approval happened in the near future. Since so far I see (as it seems to me) a glitch at the expense of lovesmayfamilis's ban. I could also make a translation for the Russian community to help spread this extension (just so far I see only 48 installations).

Lookin' snazzy.  In my head, I call it "Stainless Steel".. but that's probably a bit pretentious. lol  


One thing I did a little differently with this theme, which I've liked personally, is the highlighting and display of the last edit date (without needing to hover). May be too obtrusive with the highlighting but, well, I like it. Can obviously make adjustments if everyone hates it.. and could provide a copy/paste version of the altered css, and they can use the 'custom css' option.

I like it. There is a decent collection of hidden links/features here as well.

I can't reproduce this in my Tor browser (without extension). It'll probably be fixed when I add a title to the page. I was waiting to complete it until I choose a design, but that got delayed too waiting for something else to complete, which got delayed too.

I have updated the second post of the thread with the final list of features included in the new version - well, I did that about a week ago but I digress - and we're finalizing some icons with ibminer and some CSS glitches but otherwise I think we're done with our testing and should be soon-ish putting it out for a public test if there is interest.

In addition to the usual "i" button linking to BPIP, we now have a link to loyce.club and options to include or exclude the user in your trust list (more on that below). There is also "Earned Merit" (as opposed to total merit including airdrop) and BPIP recognition rank. This screenshot also shows one of new themes created by ibminer (I believe this one is called "neutral").

When you click the person+ or person- button on user profile it opens your trust list, adds the new entry to it, shows a message explaining what's going on, but doesn't automatically save it - you would need to review and save the change yourself. If a conflicting entry is found (for example you're trying to exclude a person whom you're currently including) the extension will not add the new entry and will show a message explaining the issue.

As you would expect, user information in threads will include the same stuff like in the user profile screenshot. Different theme ("dark silver") in this screenshot and it shows some additional merit info in the mouse-over.

Merit totals on each user's merit page. The nice thing about this is that it doesn't request any data from the server - it just adds up the numbers on the page.

And some extra links under the MORE menu that I wish were available to everyone. I realize that an extension used by a few dozen people doesn't really solve this problem but maybe someone will find this useful and it's not like you're paying extra for it

Update:
I'm currently creating profiles for all users. This will take a few hours to complete, all profiles with a custom Trust list are ready already.

I'm still looking for a design, I think these landing pages should be my first priority in getting loyce.club to look a bit less like the 1800s.

When done, I'll create:

• weekly updates after each Trust list update
• daily updates for new users
• weekly updates for users who make or get their first Merit transaction
• daily updates for users who create their first post (and thus get their first unedited post archived)
• full updates if I ever get a cool design

It's not nearly as cool as real-time updates, but I can get this to work

This is how it would look like in Firefox. I think the "L" sits a pixel higher in Chrome for some reason but maybe that's just a different font being used. Perhaps I should make it an image instead of trying to muck around with CSS.
