I've been waiting on a withdrawal since July 7th...
As stated before, there are withdrawals that are from players, who's balance should be 0. All other withdrawals have been paid, pls, write us through our support system.All withdrawals that are legit, which means there are no suspicious stuff such as difference in balance etc (potential exploit attempts) will be paid within 24 hours max, most cases it will be for a much shorter time. Excuse for that waiting period, but we are still in beta and the risks are currently too high, since there are a number of attempts to hack the site, exploit bugs and stuff like that already. We are handling them well, but we don't want to rush things.
While I appreciate the security measures, for a withdrawal of only about $20, it seems absurd that a 10 day waiting period is necessary. I have no abused the exchange in anyway, and have left a support ticket. My account is [email protected].
