Lutpin, the agreement is with the player and the software provider.  This was never a dispute with Betcoin and our player.  It was a dispute with our player and the software provider.    As far as we are concerned, he can share any specifics that he wants and we never even asked him to sign an agreement with us.  We never needed an agreement, a settlement or for him to shut up and encouraged him not to shut up and spoke to him nearly everyday about the matter.  This was a dispute with the software provider.  We actually want him to speak more about it and say whatever he wants. 

Thank you for the response and explanation... , and probably you are correct that the thread need not necessarily be moderated, yet frequently there will be questions regarding when to respond to negative public comments or to let them go without a response.   

It is my sense that good managers can make a difference regarding tone and organization of any endeavor..., which seems to have been positive experiences for me in the past few months of my involvement in this signature campaign.. .. therefore, yes, I am continuing to hope for the best for this signature campaign and thank you Roslinpl for your contributions and keeping us updated.

If this was sorted that greatly by you, why are you doing your best to cover everything up?
A business operating within morally acceptable borders doesn't push it's customers into signing some wicked NDA (I suspect that's what happened with jason).
Or how can you explain that he is not willing to share details about his settlement when he initially was so open about sharing this situation?
Why does he say "I can't tell more" if not because you made him shut up?

roslinpl has been a phenomenal campaign manager, even better than all of us have anticipated, but the attacks on him have had a great toll on him and we respect his decision to finish Stage 9 and no longer manage the Betcoin.ag Signature campaign.  He has taught our internal staff a tremendous amount about how to manage the campaign and the campaign will continue in full force with our new manager which is a member of our internal team.  

JayJuanGee you are correct there will always be trolls, but we do understand how they can have an effect on somebody feelings, stress levels, and decisions to move forward.  Some other members of our staff have experienced the same emotions as they continue to push forward and provide a great service.  We thought about making this a moderated topic, but most of us really don't mind the trolling and see it as a byproduct of a successful business.  

We just want to provide the very best service possible and certainly everything can use an improvement and we are working very hard on that.  When you hate or dislike something, you don't want to spend your time there or consume it.  It speaks volumes that our largest trolls spend more time at Betcoin and in our forum threads than many of our highest volume players.  

The negative trust by Lutpin and xetsr is with regards to an issue that we helped settle for the player.  It was a dispute between the player and Betsoft.  Everyone knows that including the player. Had we not got involved, the player would have got nothing from Betsoft.  The irony to the negative trust is the player that was effected by Lutpin's comment regarding negative trust has more trust for Betcoin.ag than ever before.  

We have now hundreds of daily players for which we are very thankful and have numerous new signups everyday because fortunately people are smart enough to try our service and experience it themselves and once they do, they quickly realize that Betcoin is a great place to play.  We have come a long way and have a long way to go and we appreciate everyone's involvement.  

The new Betcoin Staff members will use the Betcoin.ag and BetcoinCasino handles when addressing the campaign.  

Nobody is blaming roslinpl, or at least I'm not.
I've aswell told them in PM that I don't hold their job as manager for betcoin.ag against them and that this isn't about them as a user/manager.
This is about betcoin.ag, I'm telling people not to work with and not to advertise betcoin.ag, I'm not advising them against working with roslinpl.

poptok1 is partially true imo. roslinpl trying his best to manage this campaign, and he is a camp manager, not a Betcoin staff. What do you suppose him to do with the accusations for Betcoin? Just blame Betcoin, not roslinpl. I dont know him personally, but seems he is a good guy.

TwitchySeal also strongly complains about bad business practice. I do agree some bad moves where pooled here and there. But some of his cases have no proofs, other are just some speculations from a guy that was in TV...

For 3days now I'm reading about all those accusations, yes there is a lot of them.
IMO only thing that one can accuse Betcoin is having bad support managers.
They are often uninformed and because of that they lie, unintentionally.        
Maybe they got tired? Bored of their job?

Do I gamble at Betcoin? Just a little. (50Ksatoshi so far) and yes, betsoft games froze my browser. I think I lost a few sats. Do I blame casino? No, I put blame on my old and slow computer. Maybe this is the case?

Sorry for blabbing but one more important issue: Don't blame workers for doings of their boss.

But in same time you are all flaming around and I decided to leave because I don't want to stand in a split fire.  Im a campaign manager not a lawyer.

I'll finish up the Stage 9 then I will be no longer the Betcoin.ag Sig Campaign manager.

I'm pretty sure that the campaign will go on without me so our Participants will be able to continue their participation.

Roslinpl is a money making whore and a goddamn moron. As long as he is getting payments from Betcoin he will continue supporting them even if they are already proven scumbags. At the same time to be on the safe side and protect his profile from not getting -ve trust from DT he removed their signature as this will affect his earning from signature design threads. I dont understand why Lutpin, Cryptodevil and other DT members are not starting to give -ve trust to the members supporting this bullcrap campaign already? It is nothing more than these ponzi campaigns...

I'm a bit confused, are you still part of this campaign or no?

I know the proof you requested was provided and, much like other former members, you promptly removed your signature.

But....you continue to make meaningless posts informing other users you are about to pm them.

Is it just habit?

I don't have to "share my feelings" about them. My negative feedback should make clear how I stand regarding their service.
My post was in direct response to the posts above, and I was directly talking to each and everyone advertising their brand, hence ALL people enrolled in this signature campaign.
I frankly don't think that is off topic, I think this thread right here is the only one to rais such issues.
If you disagree, go and report it.
