Are you serious? This really seems like a scam. Promising people something before you even have confirmation. I signed up under you but I'll be creating another account to use until this gets cleared up.
If you look at the screenshot, I did get confirmation. But I think they are really backed up over at support. What I can do is look up how much you played, and pay you out of my own pocket for now.

I completely understand you Xiao: I already referred 10 players to Betcoin and I'm almost sure they they are not raking that much. But I'm in touch with two of them and I know for sure (they provided me proofs) they played a bit of cashgame (and earned some rewards points) but nothing showed up in my reports.
Had an email exchange with support (started about 10 days ago) but a the moment situation is still the same: they assured me they are programming a lot of things and they will fix things as soon as possible but still no results at the moment.
So I got your frustration: I put a lot of efforts to refer players but there is no purpose if I won't get my rewards. And the worst thing is someone is also bad talking to you.
But I can also state for sure that, except for this referral issue and some smaller bonuses issues, my experience on Betcoin is completely positive: traffic and actino is constantly rising, tournament schedule is the richest in bitcoin poker world, bonuses offer is the richest as well and, above all, I already withdrew btc really fast and without any problem.
I think what betcoin had meant is that when you total the rewards, it will add up to 25% worth of rakeback. There is a reward section where u convert points to chips. I am still confirming things with betcoin currently.

Actually, you were quite easy to find. I'll send you a PM. Sorry for the confusion. At any rate, those that sign up still qualify for sure for the default rake race of freerolls and UP TO 25% rakeback. but the guaranteed 25% rakeback, betcoin isn't responding to me after promising it via email.

How often is rakeback paid? Where can I view previous payments?
Previous payments are shown in the transaction history. Rakeback can be paid anytime that you email [email protected]. I think they might be a bit backed up right now, but they should get back to you. I just found this out, in fact. The reason is because they don't have an automated system yet.
