They can access literally any other part of the site - but in our current view, poker and VPN's do not a merry couple make. We are seeing some complaints that people that aren't using a VPN can't access poker and are fixing this as we speak.

It is only for those who use VPN as OP said, it is good to avoid multi-account players to cheat on the freeroll but it is not good to players who only able to open the site with VPN.

If there is a game error, we won't pay out winnings, but we always return deposits and winnings on games that are unaffected. In this case since it's a minor logic error, I don't see a reason to enforce this rule, as there is no 'game error' in the true sense of the word to be seen - it's improper execution on our end and we wouldn't use that against our players.

Regarding Poker & Other Concerns

Sorry for the problems you all are facing. Right now we are implementing some important security updates to the poker system that may have created some problems.

1. We are implementing VPN blocks for poker. This policy may change, but it may not. VPNs make it much easier for people to try to circumvent the rules and collude while playing. We are in the business of giving you a fun, safe place to play poker against other users. There will be a way for you to be whitelisted in the future, but for now we aren't accepting VPN use. If you have multiple accounts, you WILL be banned from poker if any of the other accounts attempt to play - and we WILL confiscate those winnings and apply them to our weekly 1 BTC freeroll to sweeten the deal for those who are not cheating.

2. Regarding blackjack - looks like you found a mistake, and you'll get a nice 'bug bonus'. We'll be changing BlackJack, but we're not going to stop any of your cashouts. This is our mistake and you shouldn't be punished for finding, and you certainly should be rewarded for pointing it out.

3. Dooglus' calculation of the house edge is incorrect, as it does not take in the 'consolation prize' if you do not win. 0.5% of your bet is returned when you lose. However, since our house edge is 1.65%, it is clear that it isn't the lowest worldwide and we'll have to look into a.) the person that wrote the content for the About Me page and b.) any more mistakes that could have been made such as this. Thanks for pointing it out.

4. The bonus info is super clear on the website - we aren't trying to hide anything and there have been people that have unlocked it. There was one recently that cashed out 5 BTC (though he was promptly called a shill). 888x rollover requirement and you can withdraw the original bonus amount. If you're playing games that have super high odds (95%+) and betting high to try and unlock it, the amount applied to the rollover requirement is reduced.
