Same problem with me.. withdraw but nothing happen. No pending withdraw aswell. And the balance show only btc left. But not showing the usd. Its 0 in usd.

Yes, I heard about your question there. Seems like there was some sort of bilateral misunderstanding. The way our system works is that you place a TOTAL wager for the round. The limit per round for most games is 5 BTC, but they can be manually adjusted per player if you need it.

Once you place a total wager for the round, you disburse it on the bets and distribute it using ratios. So the maximum total wager for the round is 5 BTC, which makes the bet for each of those a factor of the ratio between the individual bets.

For example, with roulette, if you bet 5 BTC on the round, and place 4 chips on black and 1 on red, your bet on black is 4 BTC and the bet on red is 1 BTC. You can change the ratio however you like, but the total bet for the round can't exceed 5 BTC (unless you ask us first).

Does that answer your question?

As for monthly payout limits, it's based on I think 15 different variables (including account age, VIP status, wager history, and more). It's hard to give you any meaningful answer with that much going on.
