This casino blackjack is set up wrong.
In rules dealer must hit Soft 17.
Dealer does not know true meaning of soft 17.
If Dealer is hitting for example 16 Ten + Six and receive an Ace for its next card the dealer will draw again. This is not definition of soft 17. This is dealer hitting a hard 17. I'm not sure if is advantage for player or house because dealer will bust many time hitting hard 17 but time against me dealer hit the hard 17 to 21 and beat my 20.
Soft 17 means when Dealer start with any Ace in their hand not when after they have drawn an Ace to make 17 do they not get to hit again.
This is serious flaw in their blackjack game and should be fixed immediately. Seem like amateur set up their blackjack game who did not know rules.

dealer can draw an ace for soft 17, if the ace counts as 11 and the total is 17 it's soft.
T6A is a hard 17 though. if they are hitting H 17 every time they draw ace it's gotta give player decent bump in ev

How long withdrawal in the confirmation ?
I request withdrawal of about 5 hours ago until now I have not received bitcoin.

Afaik they do manual withdraw especially for new account to check that everything is OK, and it is Sunday so maybe they are not online atm. I have no issue in withdrawal in the last few days, so just be patient and wait.

OP will be help?If you didn't do anything wrong they will pay. I played same freeroll last night suffered some horrendous beats on final table but made withdrawl and was paid in a few hours.
I also believe they will be paid. Last night ı was winner of weekly freeoll.

As for your password question - the reason that we have signed message requirements is for security. Have you made any deposits thus far? If so it's going to take a signed message from the depositing address for me to be able to change the password, or other proof of ownership.
We don't send emails to reset your password because Bitcoin enables extra, more reliable security, and to not take advantage of it seems a bit silly.

Is there something wrong with withdrawal? I can't request a withdrawal today, I have tried many times but nothing happen after clicking the cash out button.
A bit weird because my previous 3 withdrawals were smooth, but today it is like getting stuck.

I thought it is not required to verify email because previous withdrawal were working without verification. But yeah, it is working now after I verify my email. Thanks for sharing it with us
yeah they changed it, I had the same problem, was able to process withdrawals normal, but one day it stopped so I PMed betcointm and he told me they added email verification requirement.
