how long the withdrawal of funds delayed ? before I make a withdrawal there is no problem, if the withdrawal is delayed 48 hours I contacted support and they immediately process. I just tried to pull my bitcoin today hopefully in the process immediately.

I received payment for 1 week in my betcoin.tm account, but not for other one, so 1 week payment is still missing.
I was supposed to be paid for periods from 14th to 28th Feb(2 week period).
Last payment i received before was on 19th last month, for periods from to 1st to 14th Feb.

Hey @Gianluca95 I'm having issue with my withdrawal when i click on cashout my remaining balance remains the same it don't go to pending cashouts what's the problem ? can you please resolve the issue ?
