But i believe i didnt do anything wrong at betcointm.. before my 1btc withdrawal is processed.. but now look like its locked..

It happened to me too. But after few minutes cash out processed. I received bitcoin in my btc address.
No guys, don't worry, is a sort of bug that will be fixed soon. When you request withdraw, request is sent, but the only thing is that you don't see the Cashout Request. Don't worry.
