Saka is still the first choice PK taker, heard he only gave it to Odegaard because of the knock he had before the PK was given.

Yep, Saka scored one later - Odegaard was still on the pitch.

Hoping for a calm game between City and LFC today considering that I don't have players from either team. City is in disarray while Slot prefers a cautious approach, so a low-scoring game wouldn't actually surprise me at all.
0-0 is valued at 20 odds, I think I'll give this one a chance.

Except for me.

Maybe this is finally my week.

*evil laughter*

No, if only you had Saka, those sweet points are going to cost you another setback

Those damn Arsenal players!  Angry

Can't believe Salah (C) is a differential in this pool. So maybe I still have a chance.

Gvardiol hasn’t been giving me the best of his moments this season. I haven’t had reasons to look his way and with Manchester City’s drop in performance in recent time, he just wouldn’t fit the bill. Lewis feels just right for a Manchester City backline, no premium fee and he comes up with goals and assists too.

Don't buy Lewis he's waste of space, his playing time and good 60 mins ain't guaranteed at the moment, only got him because I needed a cheaper backup to upgrade my midfield.

I don't think penalties will only be taken by Odegaard. Him and Saka, plus any other player, will take the chance when given. I think Arteta is okay with having many players capable from the penalty spot.

Odegaard is having the best injury-return performance of his life and also on PK - Palmer hear me out!!!!

Odegaard is such a good player; his return has really improved the general team performance.

Wissa remains very instrumental for Brentford and Wood back to scoring ways.
Since Wissa returned, Mbeumo's goals have reduced; he will not last long in my team. I almost transferred Wood out; good thing I didn't.

There's little use in paying premium fees for any defenders this season, unless you can get one of Gabriel/Gvardiol/Trent for attacking returns. I had Gabriel for three good GWs and received nothing in return, so I sold him, and he began scoring again. I upgraded my midfield and attack by downgrading my backline. Tired of Arsenal fake injuries

Everyone of use was out here over the course of the previous GW, all worked up about Cunha, he eventually got nothing for this week, despite an over 5.5 match. He should have been on the scoresheet at least or perhaps an assist. Wissa remains very instrumental for Brentford and Wood back to scoring ways. It’s been good thus far.

Problem with Ait-Nouri is that he is playing as part of last three instead of wing now. So attacking returns have dried up and Wolves will never keep a clean sheet. Waste for me as well but no defenders are doing well (except Gabriel) so I am not wasting a transfer on him.

Shame about Isak for sure. But if it lengthy injury at least I know who is going out for Joao Pedro / Jackson

Actually, Isak injury makes it easier for me. Wanted to replace him anyway, this just forces me to do it.

Probably means I have to go -4 for an extra LFC player next round, but I'll manage. Better than having an expensive striker that's not having a good season.

Saka doing wonders so far, really interested why Mbeumo didn't get an assist. Any chance that gets corrected?

You looked much better before Arsenal match Smiley Usually goes that way, you think you did something well and then cold shower. Last second transfer from Fernandes to Saka looks like good move for me but now that I wrote that, Fernandes will go ballistic tomorrow.

Isak ?? I've never thought of him this season, he's been off/On with injuries.

Cunha what happened today??? No goal, No assist from that bloodbath game?

Shame with Isak consistently getting injured, he’s barely just got back, to be honest at the beginning of the season he’s one of the guys I thought I’d be having for a long time.

I don’t know what’s wrong with Cunha, didn’t watch their match but Ait-nouri have turned out to be a waste pf transfer ever since I got him, he it’s been nothing but zero points or thereabout.

Jackson and Palmer for eternity- huge differential too.

The numbers that cheaper Forwards are pulling off right now doesn't make Jackson look like a differential though, but he's a better No-Haaland switch if one isn't spreading the budget on other premium midfielders, and Chris Wood was benched in Forest last match, maybe he's no longer untouchable, that should open up a lot of other combination where Jackson and Isak would seem like the best pricey forward as such.

True but only Welbeck and Wood are the only consistent ones  for now but we know how it's going to end as the season get tougher - Isak ?? I've never thought of him this season, he's been off/On with injuries.

This GW did not start well for anyone but most of the big hitters and our captains are yet to play so who knows how it will end. Finally I made one good decision and kept Wood instead of going -4 for Joao Pedro, now with Isak injury it will probably be him that goes out.

My week was going to shit quickly as well, especially since I took a -4 points hit to bring in Cunha for Haaland, but bringing in Saka and being captain is likely the best thing for me this week and the fact a lot of other didn't have him as captain makes it even more worthy provided Salah and Palmer doesn't provide as many points too.

And I was also close to dropping Wood to the bench already since he didn't start last week, but went with Rogers to the bench instead.

Justin Kluivert the hattrick hero for Bournemouth, 3 penalties and all were well taken making this guy the hidden gem of this gameweek...but unfortunately can't be jumping from one player to another every game week trying to catch such assets.

Great game from Nottingham who keep winning with their one zero's 👏 but difficult to catch the differential with such team's...

Let's see what team Saka has in stock in the next few minutes.

This GW did not start well for me, and it looks to be continuing in that manner. Isak is out injured very early in the game, and Newcastle look to be under pressure.

Why didn't Mbuemo got assists for that goal? Schade was clearly the intended target.

Tyler Dibling will be one hell of a player. Watched him couple of times now against strong opposition and he was making difference every single time. Great ball control and speed, goals and assists will come for sure as well as contract in some bigger club.
Now that he has shown how important he is in games for Southampton, he needs to continue working on his physicality because he will be a target for manmarking by many teams when they play against Southampton. He will be at the end of many tackles, some even rough; he has to try to maintain fitness.

Isak has been linked to Arsenal from rumors I hear, but I am worried that his regular injury challenges will continue.

I think I have already made the mistake because I played Harwood-Bellis, and although Southampton did not lose the game, his defensive points were poor. If I could trade him for another Southampton player, it would be Tyler Dibling.

Gvardiol doesn't need clean sheet to haul though, If you have Gvardiol, there's no need to trade him for United assets, his attacking returns are good and he's also a big game player.

My best decision this GW is Palmer captaincy against Villa,
Yet to see this though, Aston Villa is not an easy team to play; they could stun the Blues!

If I had a spare transfer, I could have done Gabriel for Gvardiol while City figure the shit out, but a -4 for a doubtful player is just pure dumb and that's why I didn't consider it at all.

Salah is going to come up against Gvardiol; more reasons for me to keep Gvardiol out of my team selection for this GW. I can't trust Manchester City to keep a clean sheet.

I was considering Manchester United players, but I am not sure of Amorim yet, and the upcoming fixtures for Manchester United are not easy games.

Slight scare on Gabriel for Arsenal, but I am sure it is nothing too serious, even though Arteta has not given a clear update on his situation.

Gvardiol doesn't need clean sheet to haul though, If you have Gvardiol, there's no need to trade him for United assets, his attacking returns are good and he's also a big game player. However, I did trade Halaand and Semenyo for Saka and Jackson.

My best decision this GW is Palmer captaincy against Villa, as Salah was tempting at first but the game could be tougher than we think. Jackson and Palmer for eternity- huge differential too.

My defence is terrible but I checked next 5 GW's and if no injuries or suspensions hit me, I'll be able to field a decent 3 every GW.
I feel stupid not fixing it with 4 mil left in the bank, but nobody other than Liverpool is keeping clean sheets and it just seems like a waste of transfers.

I did my research and picked Havertz last GW - now I did it again and I realize I should have gone with Pedro or Cunha. Pedro looks especially good considering his fixtures but I need to stack on transfers again to be able to put LFC players into the team soon.

I have taken another points hit for this week, I guess it was coming all along, I really didn't not have choice with this one I guess, Winks getting injured forced my hands although it's not as if he's of any importance on my team to begin with, I just had to bringing in Saka and go with the majority of pool here as well, If I had brought in Saka last week instead of Palmer I most likely would not have made any transfer with Chelsea playing Villa and Palmer not looking his best, I needed another captain option aside Salah or Haaland. I'm sure Haaland hattrick might be on the horizon now that he's out of my team, he's not going to be for too long though, once I stack up my transfer and I likely will bring him back in, perhaps more cheaper by then.
