what about James Maddison from the spurs - does anyone know why he has only a 75% chance to play in the next game vs. fc bournemouth?
i couldn't find any info anywhere now that he is injured or anything else...
He left the stadium after last game with protective cast and crutches so it did not look good. Later on he said it was just for protection and went to take scans of the foot. Results aren't public yet. Hope for that info myself.

My best guess he will miss a game or two.

I have Gabriel and Stones both in my squad. Is there anyone who can give me any recommendation about what to do on this topic? I don't know what to do because especially if I sell Stones I will be in loss by 0.2. I think that Rashford and Fernandes will collect lots of points against Nott'm Forest this week.

Keep Stones. He will return fully after the international break.

I'm doing Gabriel to Gusto but in your case Gabriel to Akanji is your best bet since you already have 1 Chelsea defender Chilwell.

I'm also hoping both players pick good points and a clean sheet for Onana.

^Problem is Saka, gave a way penalty, which means he doesn't really want that extra pressure and spotlight. Can you imagine Salah or Kane giving away a chance to score from the spot?
The experience of EUROS flashes before his eyes- I can't blame him but the problem is he is likely going to lose that position to Ode.

My take on Watkins
He is great player but without penalties I don't think he is worth 8M. Not gonna captain him for sure and I don't believe for one second Igebotz will do it  Grin
He is actually one of the more probable transfers out for me this week. Still a lot of combinations, waiting for some Maddison news before pulling the trigger.

Trust me when I say he'll be ahead of Halaand for the time being. I had no doubts or anything after his Hattrick last night. Watkins will deliver this weekend. Trust me on this.

Maddison was seen leaving the stadium in procative boots, and we may not see him again until after the international break. Keep, don't sell.

Money is not that much of problem since I can sell Rashford or one of defenders and bank couple of M to fuel other transfers.

For some reason Rashford is acting like an expensive dud. If he does not start scoring or at least earn some serious points in his next few matches, he's going to be in trouble inside FPL squads.

Every scouting site on the internet is saying to put him in for the next GW.

Haven't you gotten rid of Maddison yet? As far as I understood from what I read on reddit, he missed a training session, which means he will definitely not participate in the next match (maybe he won't be in next week ... but that's not for sure). I waited 3 days before removing him from the team...and did it before Foden's price went up.
No, he is still in my squad. If I sell Maddison I already lose 0.1 he has risen since beginning. If he is out for just one week I want to keep him, Spurs have good fixtures and he is my to go guy there. I want Foden & Mbuemo in my squad but I also like all my current midfielders so I am hoping to hear some decisive news about Maddison. GW 2 was pure FPL, Saka not on penalties anymore was something not many predicted but it worked really well for some, like our GW2 winner Cryptofrka.
Congrats, that will be 1 mBTC free bet paid next Monday.
Saka not on penalties,,,
Can’t say that was the case for sure as it was practically a handing down based on the players on who was best to have taken the shot. Listening to Arteta speak after the game pointed that out and M. Odegaard placed it beautifully. Saka would get his chance when time.

Am wondering what this week would hold and the thread has been a lot quite on possible changes to who could make it rain. Speaking of which,

Small tip: Take Wilson out and replace him with Watkins - Aston Villa play Burnley this weekend, and he'll be my captain.

bear in mind that Villa scored four against Everton, and Watkins was not on a scoresheet
I feel that would be the best reason why his got to find a goal against Burnley but, Vincent Kompany would be looking to win, haven’t lost quite a few games and with them playing from a home side, it would be some defensive strategy to keep Watkins down and I hope they do because, I just off him from my team for average points on 2 consecutive game weeks. I could see him return but at the moment, I got a replacement.

So, am banking on your comment casperBGD, hope Igebotz is wrong on this one.

My captain stays on Watkins - Halaand likely going to blank.

I'm sure some form of pain must still linger in your mind, after seeing him getting just 5 point despite the number of goals Aston Villa scored in the weekend, and there he goes tonight with a hattrick against Hibernians in Scotland within just 48 minutes.

Maybe he's a good choice for the weekend, but I wouldn't know, and I don't think I have the resources to bring him in, so it's literally a no go area for me, honestly!

Despite the fact that I needed a goal from him to have a flawless week, he produced a 10-pointer to salvage my week. I told you he was getting closer to a Brace, and he went on to get Hattrick the next hour. It'll be a dangerous weekend, but not for Watkins captainers.

Pedro to Watkins is a simple choice depending on your financial situation. Pedro isn't a guaranteed starter, and his price is likely to fall again.

Congrats, that will be 1 mBTC free bet paid next Monday.

If some of you are still confused why he won the GW, wait until tomorrow when official page calculates all the points and makes transfers. Odegaard has 3 bonus points, Henry is coming from the bench and White has 1 bonus point. This was perfect Monday for his team Smiley Total of 71 points.

Well done cryptofrka, I thought I had it but he really made it in the end with huge points. Anyway seems like I am at top but I am sure you guys will surpass me in the end as just like cryptofrka, I am also not that good Wink.

Avirunes was so close, if only he switched the keepers he would have won. 10 pointers from Areola on bench will hurt a lot.

Yeah have been messing with the goalkeeper since the first gameweek. Same thing happened as I had Ramsdale in first team and Onana on bench and Onana went on to score 9 points while Ramsdale scored 2. I also switched to Turner this gameweek at last point.. not sure what snapped in me at last point.

While we are on Pep roulette topic, it could get even worse. He had surgery in Barcelona to solve chronic back problems. He will not be with the team in next two weeks. What that means if anything for City and their players choices I have no idea. Probably not much with all the technology available these days.

Will be out until after the international break, which means that assistant Juanma Lillo will represent the team on the sidelines while Pep works remotely from his hospital bed. Nothing changes, and Pep Roulette continues; the only thing missing from the team is his dominating and motivational work from the sidelines. I doubt Pep will put his trust in Juanma Lillo to make independent decisions.

My captain stays on Watkins - Halaand likely going to blank.

Small tip: Take Wilson out and replace him with Watkins - Aston Villa play Burnley this weekend, and he'll be my captain.
After reading your post, I bet $100 on Watkins to score a goal.

For me, it will be fine in any scenario ... if he scores I will win money, if not, I will overtake you on points
.  Grin

I will most likely be out over the weekend (at least 24 hours before the first match) so I have a day or so to think about who I should replace Maddison with (although I think I'm protected from the price cut). However, I need to decide quickly, because if the price of Foden increases, I will not have many options.

My eyes are on the next players: Phil Foden, Richarlison, Sterling.

That's a good bet for someone who has two assists in the last two games, and he's getting closer to a brace and an assist against Burnley this weekend. And for your midfield option, I'd think Foden is a better choice if you're comfortable with Pep Roulette, but having more than two City players on your team is riskier than diving down from the Egyptian pyramids. If I were you, I'd go for Sterling instead. He's Poch's new preferred attacker. Good attacking returns + 90mins football. Richarlison is inconsistent.

bear in mind that Villa scored four against Everton, and Watkins was not on a scoresheet

I will take two assists over 1 goal every day of my life.

but overall, Gabriel was holding me back, so he is out now
will be an interesting week, several top teams play home matches, with a big probability to win and have clean sheet

This was actually one of the main drivers behind my decision to leave Haaland out of my team.
90% of people had him in their teams the last time I checked - meaning that I'm in a really good position for the freebets any time he struggles.

With KDB out, I'm curious to see if people will start selling him. He'll still get a shitload of points, but the price to pay is high.
I give it to you guys, the Livecasino boys, getting to win the first and second second GW freebies but then,

What was some way to think! Living E. Haaland out based on a priced option for most. Still, it’s one way to be out of the competition because, he does comes up with interesting points at the end of the game and doesn’t flop very much. In 5 games, you could expect him to show his big boots in 4 of the games.

That means, you’ve got a lot of triers to make and there ain’t any promises about whom is used to measure up being his equal in points at the end of the day. We just trying our hands on strategies and this happens to have worked out good for you in this round. Congrats

After finishing the first week 5 points ahead of you it became quite bad for me to get 5 points behind you this week. The presence of Gabriel and Stones at the same time among my defense choices put me in a really difficult position. I chose Gabriel because of thinking that he would be able to score more goals than Saliba by set pieces. However it looks like Arteta's plans this season are much more different. I also think Foden's price can increase.

To find out if Arteta's plans are different from last season, we must wait until GW4. I moved Stones out of this GW, and Nunez is another player I'm thinking about getting away of. Due to his insufficient playing time and Klopp's diminished interest in him, I don't believe he'll score many points this season.

In this Gameweek, I should have had 60 points, but instead I had 58. I'm not sure if Fantasy has a scoring system problem.

I started to climb positions, they care... im going for you (people between 10º and 29º position, the other ones are in other league, for now.....).

I think i climb only because Haaland dont make goals and give thousands of points to everyone. I have Julian Alvarez but he doesnt make so much points.

Congratulations to you. I remember when you were placed at the bottom of the league after GW1 outcome. For me, I'm dropped 3 more places this week. Arsenal and Man Utd midfielders did very little to boost my points for GW2. I even lost more points from my defense (Onana, Shaw, Burn, Trippier) none of them had a cleansheet so I lost all those points.

My next plan of action now is to only make changes that will be critical for next 2-3 fixtures.

My eyes are on the next players: Phil Foden, Richarlison, Sterling.

Only Phil Foden interest me right now even of I don't have him on my team yet. For sterling and Richardlison, not so sure. The first tournament game I watched, he was ineffective and Sterling won't do much unless Chelsea team improve + he's not the PK taker for Chelsea.
