I know we will have the pool no matter what since there will be at least 10 of us playing even without sponsors but sponsorships are that cherry on top that gets another 10 participants plus much nicer awards.

not sure, but I will be there probably as well
last year rate seems reasonable

it is not about sponsors, it takes solid amount of time to compete, and I gave up after 30 or so rounds last season (first season was after 10 rounds, so much better)
hope to see better season this year, but having already several pools, it will be tough to manage, seems that will have to decide Bundesliga or FPL to miss out (and in the end participate in both)

Now, who got them low IDs? If the FPL site hadn't glitched for me on launch day, i would've had a 4-digit ID, unfortunately, 11410 is what i had to settle on...as you know low IDs are super important. Grin

Anyway, i haven't done much drafting thus far, i'm waiting for the last two weeks of friendlies to begin. I really like what FPL did with position changes though. Jota, Enciso, Mbeumo, Brennan Johnson, and some others are now reclassified as midfielders.

You should verify your profile as soon as possible because many people haven't been able to get the mail verification yet after several trials, so it's preferable you do it now when the site is less crowded and to get a shot team ID as well.

You can also change your team's name.

This season, I want to swim in a variety of private and public pools.

Well I would say you followed up just right except that, it was far from anything rank as possible. It’s the FPL and that’s not forum related although, we pooled from the forum to play and it was fun and offered some disappointments as well due to inexperience on how yo handle the transfers, manage the chips and the double game weeks as well.

Still, you’re right when you say, you need to learn some skill from your skin. Would be interesting to see what I learned from this season. Was just checking in on my profile but, met some bumps and halt.

yeah, this pool had low number of participants, but that could change next year as well, FPL has more users in total than Superbru, so potential is there to plenty of members
one just had to adjust to rules that FPL has, and that is difficult part for me, due to playing Sorare that has completely different rules

. Well I'd love to try next season on fantasy as well. I think I was doing decently okay except for the fact that I messed up big time on my players before the season start ( also some on mid season iirc ) but with small amount of people on this pool, chances to cash in is quite high though compare to the all other pools

Actually I missed CL Fantasy last year and would probably love to play it this year. Same goes for EURO Fantasy. They are not the same, much more casual but fun nevertheless. Not sure if it is possible to get sponsors for everything but if nobody does I will make leagues in all of them and we can play just for buy ins. 2 mBTC buy in winner takes all is also hell of a fun for competitions like EURO.

I intend to join every available pool next season, including leagues i don't normally watch/follow. I'm also making some major changes to my FPL way of doing things. I won't rest until i start producing Top10k finishes (wishful thinking). Lol

I've cashed in all the pools I've been in, but I only want to play in the premier league pool and FPL for the reason that I'll have a little more time for myself.

Yes, I got a decent amount of pleasure from participating in all the pools, but in the current realities, it's hard for me to be torn between working here on the forum, between working in real life, volunteering and personal life.

I'll remain here as well, but I wouldn't be dropping out of any major pool either...

If there is anything I've noticed about most of the pools I participate, the more attention and I put into it, the more horrible I perform at it, this concluded season was the first time I'll fall out of a prize slot in the Uefa Champions League after 4 years or thereabout, and the first in the PL in the last few season as well, but these were my major focus all season long including the FPL, I go as far as having a draft potential picks from Monday and watch the trends at least once to twice daily, but that didn't save me from performing woefully, and there I go doing rather well in Bundesliga and Serie A, both languages from which I don't understand a single word from... While I still suck at La Liga despite being Barcelona fan Huh

I will play too, but it is far from favorite pool
and when I say that, I think that point system is a bit commercialized, so only goals/assist/clean sheets adds up, and that brings occasional viewers and people that stick until the season in similar position

it would be better when more statistics would add-up to final score, but I know that it would not have that massive participant number in that case, because it would require more time to play/research
nevertheless, learned from some mistakes this season, will try to find some easy-to-maintain mode next season for better results

I thought I had good composition for the week already then somehow I forgot about the other factors in game such as managers potentially resting players for UCL and such but well its a good first time playing fantasy and I kinda enjoy it to some extend

The thing that I hate the most would be when I picked Haaland as my captain then he ended up not scoring anything Roll Eyes

I guess the in experience and negligence got the better of me. Come next season, I hope to be a lot more competition, see most of the old participants as much as new participants. Let’s see how far we’ve come.

It wasn't a comment about my rank, I ended as runner up but this was my 7th season I think. Fantasy is a game where you simply have to learn some stuff on your own skin before becoming good at it. Any given week is mostly pure luck, but that evens up over the season and good decisions will always come on top. When I say top, I mean top 500K finish every season almost guaranteed. Then it is a matter of good or bad season if you get higher up to top 100k or even something like 20k.
