I'm so careless and often forget about the money involved that it baffles me how I can be more focused on other pools while paying less attention to the fantasy pool, which is more technical.

Lol Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago against Bournemouth where defenders and midfielders got goals or assists and then my Captain Salah, an attacker, went blank without an assist or a goal, I knew so many people were affected but it's the same scenario as your Fulham case. It reminds me of how Chelsea plays, which is why I don't have any attackers in my team because defenders are more dangerous than our attackers.

I guess that's what week without EPL does to us, and a Friday evening fixture too was another reason why most people forgot.

De Bruyne is already paying high dividends to all the managers who trusted him enough to bring him for Salah, who wouldn't trust him enough though ? He's racked two assists to his name already, and might also pick a bonus point or two.

Should be one bonus point for De Bruyne, 2 for Grealish and 3 for Cancelo. Did not watch the game but Cancelo must have created several big chances to get maks bonus points without scoring or assisting for any of the goals.

Time for Newcastle now but I am still away from home so not gonna watch that one as well. Should be home for Spurs and arguably that should be the match of the day anyway.

If you ask me Kulu not playing, Son finally getting some returns and no chance of clean sheet. Leicester is terrible when defending but they know how to score a goal or two. My main tip for today is both to score in this game.

Kane hattrick is very possible and I am quite afraid he will ruin my game week since I don't have him. Took Son to try and cover for him as I said earlier but that is despair.

haha, I thought I was alone, I had two free transfers and didn't do anything with either of them, and I'm going into the GW with two injured players, I was about to do it yesterday but something else took my attention and I was at home today taking a deep nag too after being away from home for days, I missed the deadline and was lucky to have put up my prediction in the EPL pool without any analysis because I was lucky to play it 20 minutes before kickoff. I'm not expecting much good because I've already messed things up.

Though, especially after Kane hauls 30 points against Leicester. He is the player I and most afraid will ruin my game week this match day. As I was already saying Kane has incredible stats against Leicester and that is from time when Leicester still knew how to defend. I picked Son this week just to try and cover for Kane and target that Leicester but I already know that move will backfire

I literally missed the deadline because I had to take and unintended nap, I was already in on my transfers very early today, but I decided to wait a few hours more to get more updates about the teams playing over the weekend.. Salah for Paqueta and Greenwood for Kane was supposed to be play, while I wait for the next 2 game weeks before playing my wildcard, but with another wasted transfer and points lost, I might just pull the trigger next game week 😞

Yes it is a big hit but you can look at it this way: any playing asset you bring to change asset whose game is postponed will get you at least 2 points, meaning you are actually paying -2 instead of -4 and it could work even much better. As long as you are bringing players that are good for your team in a long run I wouldn't worry about some minuses this week.

fair enough. This might be the right moment to get rid of Koulibaly and replace him with someone else for the long-term. I'm also considering replacing TAA, he's having a really bad season and Liverpool's fixture after the break is... tough: Brighton, Arsenal, road trip to Glasgow in the CL, and then Man City.

Trippier looks like a great option, winnable game this weekend and also after the break

I have think it through, and left some players that are not playing this week in my roster
yeah, could influence this week, but in the long run, several good teams are not playing, and I would have to bring in Liverpool players later on, because I had to left them for some low level team player

left out Haaland as well, Wolves are hardly a team for hattrick
Newcastle is a good pick, brought in Pope, should be clean sheet this week and easier schedule in weeks to come

After a lot of thinkering all week and weighing a few different options, i can say i'm finally ready with my lineup for GW8 through GW14. Lol yes, that's ~~six~~ seven gameweeks in advance planning. I mean i can always change things if needed, but it's a vision of where i want to go, which players to bring in/out, and when. With all of the postponements, fixture swings, and whatnot, you have to plan ahead... it's a must imo.

Having said that, the official fpl website does not provide any tools for planning future transfers for multiple GWs in advance.

I've been using the above website for over a year now. It's ideal for making changes and/or comparing different teams. I'm not affiliated with the website, and of course, there are other options available out there, i thought it could be useful for some, especially now.

You can use the planning tool without registering, simply enter your public fpl id and you're good to go...

Yeah he is great and I got him already.

Anyway its suck for me because I miscalculated my players from Chelsea and Liverpool. Ended up having 5 of them in total, so I needed another -4 transfer to get another players otherwise Im screwed. Im still left with two of them on the pitch lol I guess Im playing with 2 non functioning players with -4 points for the week huh
