I had the same thought of replacing Jesus with Rashford but with Ronaldo staying on the club and Antony moving in, I thought sooner or later Rashford might not even make it to the starting lineup anymore but I guess Ten Hag will most likely keep on starting him upfront as everything seems to be working out fine for the team

He is that cheap? Did not even look at him in Fantasy but I thought he was around 5M. 4.4M bracket must be reserved for Fofana though, doesn't it? Especially for you, a Chelsea supporter. For the time being, James is the only option who can make something out of nothing, even if the rest of the team is struggling; he can assist or score to save himself.

I didn't watch the game because I was preoccupied with other matters, but I wasn't surprised by the scoreline; Arsenal has won their last three games by taking chances rather than being the better team; Manchester United has done the same in their last two games.

I never considered bringing Rashford into my team; it must have been a great gamble that has paid off for you given his recent performance. I only have Martinez from the Manchester United squad.

Why Martinez? He is the last defender I would pick up from United squad. Varane has more threat on corners, Dalot and Malacia have more chances to do bring you some points from open play and then to top it all off Martinez looks like penalty or yellow card waiting to happen. He compensates for lack of height and muscle with aggression.

Watched Anthony today and he was ok but forcing a bit too much. Rashford is the standout pick in United so far, he even played striker when Ronaldo came on. I also like what Erikson is doing, he is their deep lying play-maker and often the person to open counter attacks.

I'm not sure how I ended up captaining Salah even though he's been poor for the past three games now, when I should have gone for Halaand instead, but Pep didn't take it well with his mind games match conference, Halaand has had a lot of game time recently, and I was expecting him to play a few minutes against Aston Villa. My game in weeks 4 and 5 has been terrible; the moment you get a rip of someone, the next week they drop 10 points.

I'm actually only getting rid of Arnold simply because of budget troubles, and he's not paying much of dividends tying up that much value down, I would have been better off with Chilwell for this game week, as I suspected he was going to play and would have had him, as the back up plan.

Agreed. He's just been so successful that it makes him look bad now, not really his fault he's been overperforming. Add to that that KdB is much more injury prone than Salah, and it's a no brainer for me.

Chelsea had clean sheet in first round, and nothing after that, this week was one to expect another clean sheet, but they conceived goal in the end, will change my keeper

Everton holded clean sheet, that improved my defense points

I hate going heavy on attack since forwards in FPL get so little points for goals and nothing from clean sheets. Midfielder will easily outperform striker even if he scores a couple of goals less during the season. My favorite formation is always 4-5-1 with two cheap but playing forwards as subs. This year that is not working since so many forwards are doing great and it shows on my rank.

Maybe Salah to good midfielder + my third 4.5 striker to Toney/Mitrović should be the next move I make. We shall see depending on the situation with rest of my chosen players.

Yikes having a bit of conflicting feelings about this. On one hand, I'd love if Manchester United win their next game again but I have Jesus and Martinelli on my draft lol. Oh well I guess I'll suck it up this week by getting way below average points again

Me who just sold Ivan Toney... and seeing he's now got a hattrick. Just when I thought I couldn't possibly make my life in FPL harder on myself, I go and do all of that woo hoo... They're better off compared to me, the only week I've not captain Salah so far he had points and Haaland being my captain had 12(6) points, I literally would rid of me just if the transfer point had worked in my favor, and I'm still convinced that I'm better off with him today compared to Haaland.

Exactly, as I always say and it's the same no matter what fantasy you get, the points are skewed towards goal contributions, which for a defender like Trent to make, or midfielders like Salah who score as often as they assist, it's an absolute craziness to put them out of your squad. And yes, I still haven't put Salah in (what the hell, right?) but I actually forgot to confirm my picks last game (wtf right?) so was a bit annoyed when I checked today but either way, least I maintained my position (13).

I tried getting Erling Haaland on my team over the weekend but, I already brought in Kevin De Bruyne and have Walker and Cancelo on my defence already and as such, the move wasn't allowed due to too many players from a single team unfortunately but not on expected, Erling Haaland scored yet another hat-trick right from the first half of the game. Mean while, Pep saw it fit to have De Bruyne on the bench, only to come on as a substitute.
These paste few game weeks have not worked so well for me, would be doing some real adjustment soon and see what points I could get in GW6.

Oops, why not Haaland over Walker but it might not sense for this weekend btw.

I had to settle for what I feel much is less than okay imo, my actual plan was to rotate in Kane for Gabriel Jesus and Gross for Rodrigo and Arnold for a cheaper Chelsea defender, Harry Kane would have been my captain for the game week, but I just had to stick with Salah yet again, at least there is a guaranteed more game time for him than Haaland imo.
