Yes, I understand how it works. But if you want to beat the crowd in one move (and not go along with everyone else and hope for randomness) then betting against Haaland/Salah is the right choice. Because if the bet wins you will be higher than everyone else who bet on them. In this sense, betting on them and betting against them are very similar. The risk/reward ratio is the same. You can say that those who bet on them play with odds of 1.1 and those who bet against them 5.0 haha. The only imbalance that may distort the balance in this scheme is the bonus points for captaincy. Something to think about here.
That is not actually true. I hate it when people are talking about differential captains like it gets you extra points. You don't get anything by it, there is no bonus points for bravery. Those things should be considered when we pass GW35 and you have to catch up with the leader. Until then just pick whoever you think will get you most points.
Anything that can go wrong will go wrong
The joy of the FPL season start lasted half a day ...
Murphy substituted at 30'
Quansah substituted at 45'
Backup goalie (Turner) on bench
Backup defenseman (Barco) on bench
I have them all on my team.
That was though, except for Turner. This season there isn't a playing 4.0 keeper. Simple as that.
I had Quansah very close to entering my team and Murphy was in it at one point.
On the other hand full game for Rogers, that looks promising.
Salah captains working well, I couldn't go there but I was choosing between Saka and Isak and picked wrong. Ah well, Haaland next week should be inevitable.
