Chelsea really did had some great spell that could have or should have turned into at least a goal to earn them a draw, I guess, but Anthony Taylor and the VAR team had a wonderful day in the office imo, I couldn't find an unfair or clearcut controversial call.

Romeo Lavia should be 90 minutes guy, he was a better player than Caicedo today in my candid opinion not just about the ball retrieval ball, he's got a better forward passing communication than Caicedo, if you ask me.

There is absolutely no way anyone should have expected Kyle Walker to start ahead of Rico Lewis today, I mean if they followed Man City preseason matches especially the last few ones, Lewis have been playing and every single indication have been towards him starting today, even apart from Kyle Walker also having some personal family issues going on with him.

Rico Lewis might surely not be a solidified player to start for Man City, but you really can anticipate a lot of more playing time from him this season, even if Walker is fully fit and healthy.

All went bad, i dont took Salah because of the last season and also because of how much he cost and i went with Luis Diaz and fuck, Salah made all and Luis nothing. Bruno missing two clearly goals and so on.

That was though, except for Turner. This season there isn't a playing 4.0 keeper. Simple as that.
I had Quansah very close to entering my team and Murphy was in it at one point.

On the other hand full game for Rogers, that looks promising.

Salah captains working well, I couldn't go there but I was choosing between Saka and Isak and picked wrong. Ah well, Haaland next week should be inevitable.

icopress, a good start for us both. I have a really nice week and was sure I'd be ahead of you only to see that we both captained Salah and have Haaland as well.
Garnacho's sitter and Quansah's CS could have helped us, but only against others.

I think I'm winning this round, but it will be by a small margin. Congrats, a nice team in the end - although I felt Barco might be risky. 25% of people have him, he'll probably be transferred out a lot. There are plenty of 4mil defenders that will be playing.

Can’t say I wasn’t intimated by the M. Salah captaincy, getting an assist and a goal, it wasn’t bad at all. Reaping off him in the very first week, that was good though. Only thing is, you’re down to 2 man for points.

Havertz is one player that might do very well this season. I had a hunch on him but, still chose to keep him at bay until he shows some consistency.

I have to admit I laughed at myself when I saw him substituted on 46 minutes (considering he had done quite well in the first half). I'll give him another chance. If he doesn't start next week or is substituted before 61 minutes, I'll have to say goodbye to him.

By the way, before the match I was calm, because during the pre-season training he was substituted after 61 minutes in all matches (which is quite good considering his price and the possibility of getting a clean sheet).

He was getting outfoxed by Liam Delap so Slot hooked him off for Konate who was better at dealing with him.

I'm not mad, I'm happy that Trent is now on 9 points including BPS. My 8th attacker, if you can call him that. Although at least a third of this league already had him so other players need to return too.
