I have to agree with most people here that both are exactly the same, you place your money on something that is out of your control which might multiply your money or you might lose it all. I see some people say that in sport betting you analyse and what not and it's not purely based on luck which is true and by doing research and analysing the games and players and all that you can maximise your chances of winning but there is still a chance that you might lose, and you can never elevate your chances of winning to a 100% and say you're guaranteed a return therefore it's gambling.
