They are wrong.  That's why I find it so funny.

How can you be certain ?

I find stuff like this kinda funny, personally.

Agreed. We have links to the court dockets, we do not need to be force fed them with mile long pictures.

What's it like being Sonny's bitch?

Lul wut?

Seems to be pretty clear that both leeroyjenkins as well as alter-bcp19 are insinuating they know your true identity...

A mere coincidence?

It is possible that Bruno emailed BFL using his email address [email protected] and someone decided to open a profile matching his email address? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/received-an-email-and-have-no-idea-what-it-is-391856

Only Bruno can tell us when he comes back...

I also ask Josh a personal favor, por favor, do not harm our companion if you lose this case as well.
I plead with you.
He is a gentle and fragile man (physically speaking) a gentle giant.

Or put another way,

Please, do not punch our gentle Bruno if you ever feel upset. He is like our very own BitcoinTalk's Gandalf (the sketchy).
Sometimes he mumbles, other times he pulls out wonderful things from his aging hat and shows us the mystery behind the puzzle that are BFL.
Would you punch our Gandalf?
No, we know you wouldn't. (we hope  Shocked)
So please, protect him when he is with you. You used to be really good friends.
So cherish him and his hat full of facts and strange (but often true) stories when he is with you.

May our adventurer find his way back.

Can anyone tell me what is Bruno's vs Josh court case number?

The one on the documents (perhaps I am reading it wrong) can't be found on http://www.jococourts.org/

I noticed that while looking it up with Josh's name (tried Bruno's but no results that I could see) he has been suing people. Often looks like Josh ends up losing the cases apparently and having to pay as the Plaintiff who started the case.

I also noticed in prior cases he defended himself without a lawyer. I suppose that might have something to do with it?

Anyway, if someone could link all of us to the current case, let us know.

Bruno, you just brought the hammer down...so hard....that Thor wondered if you broke his tool.

[strongly worded speculation]
Fook me, this is incredibly strong evidence that Josh is likely to be a part owner of BFL and was in fact probably around as one of the principles behind the scenes. (Yes, likely before even his employment?)

There they go again, blaming the FTC for their own improprieties.

Play that victim card some more, BFL. It's deliciously ironic.

Since Bruno's still serving his 5 day ban, he asked me to post the following for him.

On May 24, 2012, Josh Zerlan paid off a PERSONAL gambling debt to DeathAndTaxes for $600 (116 BTC), the terms of the bet are as follows:

April 12, 2012, 08:13:54 AM: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.847962

I will take you up on that bet, DT.  Absolutely. Order that single today and and show me a receipt of the order and we'll see on the 24th if you have one for free or not.

Someone got the link to the original bet, I want to make sure I'm not misremembering it.

Bet paid: e428691388feb4aefd9e397afdffde0cae709508c078ac1a263942513a647844

It was close, but looks like I missed it by | | this much!

https://blockchain.info/tx/e428691388feb4aefd9e397afdffde0cae709508c078ac1a263942513a647844

Josh Zerlan paid D&T the $600 (rounded up to 116 BTC) via the following BWA on 2012-05-25 04:01:50 (May 24, 2012, 11:01:50 PM CST, i.e., Kansas City, KS): 1vHPA5F4qKTD7RcFs4qA9ciUZttQwaBE3

The 116 BTC went to D&T's BWA 1PSG6zXCJ8NyyVb6BgzmyLXV6UL7LmvRVj as depicted above (Humor me and pretend you don't see the addresses I've highlighted  Roll Eyes But, if you did see it, pretend you don't recognize them, mmmkay?  Shocked).

End of story, RIGHT!  Cool

Far from it, hence this post by a dude, me, Bruno Kucinskas (via proxy since I'm currently serving a 5-day ban due to what was considered trolling, albeit my latest postings where penned in a such fashion to discredit Josh Zerlan for an upcoming court case between him and myself pertaining to a serious matter, all because I put my well-being on the line during BFL's exposing process, yet others express an animosity toward me because I inject humor in my postings), whom Josh Zerlan claims I probably will drive ~600 (something 'bout that number...) miles to kidnap his wife, assumed via using the same obscure logic I used to claim with 100% certainty that Josh WILL steal organic carrots from his neighbor's yard because of a post he once made on this forum.

With the kidnapping of carrots nonsense outta the way, let's explore the txid debb0e22529378747a35923baf181a54953dcc20cbe2f4ce640dbf3a711498ca further, shall we? If for no other reason, then for Josh Zerlan to read new lies derived from keystrokes from my laptop via my monumental asshole hands at ~60 (1/10 of the $600 bet or ~miles I live from his half-million-dollar-plus BTC-House) wpm.

http://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/7db8a3b0b860157c

Again, for those smart enough to read ahead, pretend you don't recognized the 00237e09a5 wallet ID. D&T's wallet ID is 032cbc31d3 depicted above.

I will now show you, my fellow monumental assholes, where the 50.7305 BTC of the 40ea03a10e wallet ID leads.

http://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/40ea03a10e6eb607

L.I.B.! I'll be a Bruce Peterson's uncle! There's that 00237e09a5 wallet ID again. So, whomever owns that wallet ID that funded Josh Zerlan's BWA, they [then] got their moneys/change back after D&T's $600 (116 BTC) gambling debt was paid by Josh via 1vHPA5F4qKTD7RcFs4qA9ciUZttQwaBE3 ~10 hours later the next morning.

Let's open up that txid - http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/03543133133447cb28d30b3372aae9f1d1e99545800fb14e306be04050a4dae3 - and see what kind of juicy shit we can glean from it. I have a hunch Jehovah is smiling upon me right 'bout now.

Reads like 50 BTC went to the 1Koh7T8Nnb6MGHjKqPSPwhWzhVxKXK97qk BWA from the 00237e09a5 wallet ID.

Opening up the txid 2e0b5fac85b414e5bb8fecd5197b037171f64b37b11c7f125a7a98444f93ef37 we see...

1Koh7T8Nnb6MGHjKqPSPwhWzhVxKXK97qk + 12uyvDAC8LNU8yGcW8dYLGPToSD2JenVfH + 18UxwNVLPo7vyRkCgs5wusUfhhbMYhApAu + other BWAs of the 00237e09a5 wallet ID were used to pay 466 BTC to the 1DaddyjfKQAJYYGW3C7Ahz1F9AXYQLyijj BWA.

1DaddyjfKQAJYYGW3C7Ahz1F9AXYQLyijj belongs to bitcoindaddy

Notice that the 466 BTC is made up in part of the 0.0100302 BTC from the 1NDNTugxAZY6xUhYjcyT4PbzijqMgFaZCG BWA previous depicted above, but redepicted below:

For those gettin' bore, let's see if I can add a tad of excitement in this post.

Let's now explore the 0.01025169 BTC (trust me, you'll get excited in spite of the scant BTC amount) that went to the 1DwvPwTVEG1M38zRMNjdVCKonPKR5LTHLu BWA, bearing in mind that we're still discussing the 00237e09a5 wallet ID.

Opening up the txid ee3f4b4d6910ffb7386f8ea8623929e1ccf34bd323a2820b6ee7ea3408aba59d we have... (apologies if you cream your jeans)

https://blockchain.info/tx/ee3f4b4d6910ffb7386f8ea8623929e1ccf34bd323a2820b6ee7ea3408aba59d

Perhaps, it's seeing the 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs so many times that's what caused me to become an androturdusphile and founded The [Dead] Male Robins Society for poetic justice.

For those playing at home and are not up to speed, the 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs BWA belongs to BFL, of which for a short period of time the FTC had control of the remaining funds left in place that Sonny Vleisides didn't have time enough to convert the ~$10M USD to fiat via his personal exchange - BitPay - prior to BFL's infamous raid in September, 2014.

https://blockchain.info/taint/1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs

18UxwNVLPo7vyRkCgs5wusUfhhbMYhApAu and 12uyvDAC8LNU8yGcW8dYLGPToSD2JenVfH are the two primary BWAs that funded BFL's 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs BWA. Recall that it was this BWA that the FTC briefly had control of after they conducted their raid on BFL. Further, it was this BWA used by HashTrade to supposedly pay a $1M USD downpayment to BFL via BitPay for Monarch miners in October, 2013, with both entities declaring at the time such was true via offering up proof of the transaction, later exposed my me, Bruno Kucinskas, as being nothing but a ruse to garner millions more in sales for BFL's coffer. To date, nary a Bitcoin-themed periodical has penned such ruse perhaps outta fear of losing revenue dollars if they're not [partially] owned by named entity(s). It was due to my exposing efforts that Josh Zerlan offered up a bet with me that I couldn't go a length of time sans lying, whereupon I won the bet and he timely paid it off on January 2, 2014. It's my, among others, beliefs that the bet's main purpose was to shut me up from reporting on BFL related topics since I was, still am, and shall continue to be BFL's most vociferous critic.

Also, ALL the BWAs making up the 00237e09a5 wallet ID belong to BFL.

http://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/00237e09a5eed5df/addresses

Now, before I recap and do the timeline thingy, I'd be remiss to ignore the minuscule 0.73 BTC that went to the 1HniEKyJ1MFkbsBsVHqALker72yTmheB42 BWA shown below:

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/03543133133447cb28d30b3372aae9f1d1e99545800fb14e306be04050a4dae3

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/aef356288883037759d27e67d25faba2e1e289e463513d33db9b016ede1b049a

Looks like the 0.73 BTC was bundled with some other bitcoins to pay 100 BTC to some dude named pirateat40. pirateat40, now that's a funny name if I've ever heard one! Reminds me of a song I heard while still in high school in the 70's: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPYNL5ioo8E.

1HniEKyJ1MFkbsBsVHqALker72yTmheB42 is just one BWA that's part of the 0096cdb8ad wallet ID.

We'll get to that 19YKgKUZe5T7xNmZqEnCWxo91DJNNHgxdS BWA shortly, but first...

http://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0096cdb8ad645f3b?page=7

The above depicts that 0.73 BTC transaction. It also depicts that whomever controls the 0096cdb8ad wallet ID is a Jimmy Buffett fan.

You know what? Anybody who loves Jimmy Buffett has gotta be an alright guy. Let's see if I can put a name to the dude who kept loaning bitcoins to the Son of a Son of a Sailor.

http://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0096cdb8ad645f3b?page=5

Looks like some dude or dudette or furrydette by the name of EclipseMC has been sending ~1/2 BTC to 0096cdb8ad on a regular basis. Notice, one was made at ~5:00 UTC, cementing the truism that it's 5:00 somewhere.

This is starting to scare me! I think I may have contracted avian flu due to my recent androturdusphilia activity. Thank Jehovah it was only ONE episode. RIP, male robin! RIP. I'm seriously starting to see things that can't possible be there, thus correct me if I'm mistaken, but do you guys also see 10204 BTC going to the 00237e09a5 wallet ID?

What are the chances of them 10204 BTC going to...

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/09ad9cd63a10d52eccdcd1766a59ee799f99f57b4e1db3bc3edffbe9861ddf87

...Well, that answers that question almost asked!

IT'S TIMELINE TIME!

All dates and time are CST (UTC -5 hours), with apologies if conversions were miscalculated. Please check my work.

With the exception of the following post (also sited in the ensuing chain of events), the rest of the timeline entries will be [relatively] brief, but need to put the bet in context, along with depicting Josh Zerlan as more than just a BFL interested party.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

April 12, 2012, 07:29:05 AM: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.847900

May 24, 2012, 11:01:50 PM: Josh paid D&T over $600 (116 BTC) via 1vHPA5F4qKTD7RcFs4qA9ciUZttQwaBE3 of which is the ONLY BWA associated with the 7db8a3b0b8 wallet ID. (the ONLY other transaction stemming from this BWA was 50.7305 BTC to the 15WswmZz37yhr5WCZ6ZFmKcbwe4B68XAsi BWA) It was a Thursday evening (indicative of the very next entry).

May 24, 2012, 11:01:50 PM: The 15WswmZz37yhr5WCZ6ZFmKcbwe4B68XAsi BWA was created and first funded with 50.7305 BTC, that being the change left over after Josh Zerlan paid D&T the 116 BTC ($600+ USD), both sums totally 166.731 BTC ($860+ USD) transferred from three BFL's BWA's to Josh's control.

May 24, 2012, 11:25:37 PM: ~24 minutes later, Josh Zerlan declared to the Bitcoin community that the $600 (116 BTC) had been paid - rounded up in D&T's favor - via the txid e428691388feb4aefd9e397afdffde0cae709508c078ac1a263942513a647844.

May 25, 2012, 8:17:39 AM: As depicted via the 03543133133447cb28d30b3372aae9f1d1e99545800fb14e306be04050a4dae3 txid, Josh Zerlan returned the unspent 50.73 BTC back over to two BWAs in BFL's control, namely 00237e09a5 and 0096cdb8ad, the latter via the 1HniEKyJ1MFkbsBsVHqALker72yTmheB42 BWA. It was a Friday morning. Is Josh Zerlan at work (his previous employer prior to BFL, across the street from BFL's original office located in a Section 8 housing project)?

May 25, 2012, throughout the day: Josh is conducting a blitzkrieg on this forum to sell shit to perhaps satisfy a loan he has with Sonny Vleisides' BFL made the previous day, or... (?)

June 27,2012, 1:42:14 PM: The 0.0100302 BTC of the 1NDNTugxAZY6xUhYjcyT4PbzijqMgFaZCG BWA (mentioned above May 24, 2012) was transferred (among other BWAs in BFL's control totally 466 BTC) to 1DaddyjfKQAJYYGW3C7Ahz1F9AXYQLyijj, with the 0.01025169 BTC change from that overall transfer of bitcoins (again, 466 BTC) going to the 1DwvPwTVEG1M38zRMNjdVCKonPKR5LTHLu BWA, of which is still part of BFL's 00237e09a5 wallet. It was a Wednesday afternoon.

June 27,2012, 1:42:14 PM: 50 BTC from the 1Koh7T8Nnb6MGHjKqPSPwhWzhVxKXK97qk BWA was part of 466 BTC sent to the 1DaddyjfKQAJYYGW3C7Ahz1F9AXYQLyijj BWA mentioned in the entry directly above.

July 7, 2012, 7:39:58 PM: BFL's infamous 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs BWA was created and solely funded via their mining pool, EclipseMC, and sales of various gen bitcoin miners via BitPay, a payment provider and NOT an exchange as I've proven beyond a shadow of doubt that BFL used them for such to the tune of tens of millions of dollars converted to fiat directed to unknown bank accounts. The first transferred to this BWA was via the same BWA (12uyvDAC8LNU8yGcW8dYLGPToSD2JenVfH) used to fund the 116 BTC paid to D&T from Josh Zerlan depicted in this txid: b5f5ceb466ba34d1362df7d04e11db1ffb57311167fc679c3a2a04f62354a0fc. It was a Saturday evening.

July 22, 2012, 10:11:46 PM: The 0.01025169 BTC from the 1DwvPwTVEG1M38zRMNjdVCKonPKR5LTHLu BWA (mentioned above June 27, 2012) was transferred to BFL's infamous 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs BWA as shown here. It was a Sunday evening.

August 13, 2012: Josh Zerlan begins working full time for BFL. It was a Monday (probably some time after lunch).

February 24, 2013, 7:13:00 PM: The 19YKgKUZe5T7xNmZqEnCWxo91DJNNHgxdS BWA, the main BWA of the 0096cdb8ad wallet, was created/first funded. It's sole source of funding was via BFL's EclipseMC, formally owned by Josh Zerlan but supposedly sold during Q3/Q4(?), 2012, according to under-oath testimony by Josh Zerlan via his FTC deposition. It was a Sunday evening.

January 2, 2014, 1:15:22 PM: Josh Zerlan paid me 10 BTC due to a gambling bet between him and I, Bruno Kucinskas, that he lost as shown in the txid f81afbcf6381bbf5b30a501642442ab5756a30199f879421d32c54b94f3447c3. Ironically, said 10 BTC stems from the exact same BWA used that Josh Zerlan paid D&T ~3 months prior to him working at BFL on August 13, 2012, namely the 18UxwNVLPo7vyRkCgs5wusUfhhbMYhApAu BWA, albeit D&T windfall was ONLY 1 hop away, whereas my payout was 11 linear hops away from said BWA, with proof of said event laid out concisely here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150803.msg10955860;topicseen#msg10955860.

ASIDE: How is that a person, Josh Zerlan, who didn't have his own $600 to pay off a gambling debt, didn't have his own 10 BTC to pay me off due to another gambling debt, both instances paid via funds directly from BFL, yet was able to fully pay for an over half-million-dollar home via bitcoins on an under-oath declared salary of ONLY $50K USD/yr plus 10-15 BTC sourced from 10 bitcoin miners as additional compensation from BFL for his Vice President position (albeit, he's on record myriad times in declaring that he was BFL's COO for an extended period, i.e., BFL's website under MANAGEMENT)?

ASIDE 2: Why would Josh need to use bitcoins stemming directly from BFL's coffer to satisfy a 10 BTC gambling debt he made with me when he could've paid me outta a know BWA he maintains containing 580.73246468 BTC at the time? Proof: http://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0096cdb8ad645f3b

AND...

January 31, 2014: BFL remitted to me via the USPS an IRS Form 1099-MISC due to the gambling debt between Josh Zerlan and I. Did BFL also seen D&T an IRS Form 1099-MISC in January, 2013, since it's well documented that over $600 USD was paid to him under the exact same circumstances? To boot, with both instances change was sent to BFL's infamous 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs BWA. And, BFL has D&T vitals on file due to this post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.848019, whereas my vitals were NEVER given to BFL by me, yet is now on their database, conspired by several people at BFL to send me the illegal IRS Form 1099-MISC via the USPS, of which IS being fully investigated.

Clearly, I've shown in all the above that ALL the bitcoin wallet addresses leading up to and after Josh Zerlan paid D&T 116 BTC belong to BFL. It'll be one helluva stretch for Josh to declare that BFL paid him $860+ USD on a Thursday afternoon for some service(s) or product(s), then later in the evening prior to midnight Josh paid D&T $600+ USD via 116 BTC, THEN the very next morning, Friday, just shy of 9AM CST, Josh returns the balance, 50.73 BTC, to BFL prior to Josh starting his salaried duties for the day on somebody else's payroll directly across the street from BFL's first home office [address] in a Section 8 housing building.

May 24, 2012, 3:47:03 PM: BFL funds the 1vHPA5F4qKTD7RcFs4qA9ciUZttQwaBE3 BWA with 166.731 BTC.

May 24, 2012, 11:01:50 PM: Josh paid D&T (116 BTC) via the 1vHPA5F4qKTD7RcFs4qA9ciUZttQwaBE3 BWA.

May 24, 2012, 11:25:37 PM: ~24 minutes later, Josh Zerlan declared to the Bitcoin community that he paid D&T 116 BTC.

May 25, 2012, 8:57:19 AM: ~9 1/2 hours later, after a good night's sleep, Josh Zerlan returns the remaining - 50.73 BTC - back over to the control of BF prior to Josh starting his day's duties at his supposedly former employer's office directly across the street of BFL's office (at the time) clearly visible from Josh's office window.

I'd say the above's chain of events has more stretch marks than Aime Broyles' orifices caused by Inaba tail penetrations. Either something doesn't add up or my Math Suks and I need Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes.

I contend that Josh Zerlan has been part of BFL way longer than any of BFL's principals want us to believe he has, but we're limited to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that such is the case. Luckily, there's more powerful entities than all of us combined on this forum that have the moneys and means to ferret out the truth, with this, my latest revelation placing just enough doubt in the what-BFL-wants-us-to-believe scenario to have the matter looked into with a much larger unlubed microscope if such isn't already being used, for if I, a fuckin' retard monumental asshole, can connect the obvious dots, imagine what some three-letter agency could (and hopefully, probably already has) accomplish with the various tools they have in their arsenal.

Anybody wanna place bets on which three-letter agency gets first dibs on Josh Zerlan's BTC-House? Your main choices are the IRS, SEC, FBI, KS AG, and the USPS. My guess is that two or more of them agencies are in talks with one another tryin' to cut a deal as to which one's gets the threat, for remember Josh Zerlan once penned, "Yes, there will be cookies.  The cake, however, is still a lie."

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9754840

I vote McKinney TX... I hear there are a lot of bitcoins in those parts.

Now, how the fuck would Josh Zerlan know such first-hand sans the scuttlebutt on this forum/internet? Oh, I know! Because he participated in Mr. Margaritaville's Ponzi scheme. Proof: http://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0096cdb8ad645f3b.

1GyJvB7qUst3UD2dVZcLyEmub58LLy3oqh was Josh's main BWA that traded in and out of Pirate's Ponzi scheme.

I did trade with pirate, and in retrospect, much like imsaguy (without the PPT), looking back on what started innocently enough, it's pretty darned obvious I should have been more careful.

So... does she know you lie to her regularly?  Does she know you associate with criminals?

PS - Please point out what I'm diverting attention from?  What questions in this thread that are on topic have I failed to answer?  Oh, that's right... none of them.  There's no attention being diverted, except you trying to divert attention away from the fact that you lie to your wife on a regular basis, you lie to the forums on a regular basis and that you've been caught and are trying to wriggle out of it on a technicality that's not working.  Good show, but I award a giant FAIL to your efforts, sorry.

I say Josh Zerlan is so far removed from reality, there's no turning back for him. Soon, that fucker will be behind bars tryin' to convince his cellmate that he's not in jail but on vacation as he pines for the days he gnawed his tail, said tail not being allowed on his person while on vacation.

Looks like Josh Zerlan is SCARED to move his 537.57296499 BTC: http://www.walletexplorer.com/address/19YKgKUZe5T7xNmZqEnCWxo91DJNNHgxdS. Also, he's SCARED to move his 1159.93863299 BTC: http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/47e8ab6092b0ce2bcbfa73ec7b36125039c6a8b4869ee709f5ddf4f0ea140aa9

Funny, how after giving his deposition, Josh Zerlan sans miners was able to send 8.44196789 BTC via mining to his 19YKgKUZe5T7xNmZqEnCWxo91DJNNHgxdS BWA: http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/47e8ab6092b0ce2bcbfa73ec7b36125039c6a8b4869ee709f5ddf4f0ea140aa9

Apologies for this post getting skewed, for I only intended to show how Josh Zerlan and BFL were closely aligned way prior to his official employment start date on August 13, 2012, some time after lunch, but other damning facts manifested themselves, e.g., Josh participating in Pirate's Ponzi scheme and laundering BFL's bitcoins.

Hey, Josh Zerlan, were you practicing your North Koran laundering skills via conducting transactions to and from the 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs BWA?

Now, if you'll excuse me, this "so isolated" dirty fuck needs to take a cold shower before I explore prematurely.

Agreed. We have links to the court dockets, we do not need to be force fed them with mile long pictures.

What's it like being Sonny's bitch?

You will be force fed dockets. At least until you understand A) that BFL is crippled in legalease speak, and B) that they are struggling in all this to stay above the incoming waves.

I have said many times before and I feel comfortable today there is *NO REASON* BFL had to end up in this situation.  They *SHOULD HAVE* ended up as the go-t / darling of the ASIC hardware vendors that would have successfully squeezed out their competitors.  F-ING crooks/morons.
