"After you paste a valid collateral transaction id your masternode will begin to install.
At the end you will receive a line that you need to paste inside masternode configuration file.
That line has the alias, ip, private key and collateral transaction id. You can copy the private key and vote."

I asked for further clarification in #support of the GIN Discord, Ill report back
Only documentation I could find:
https://www.reddit.com/r/dashpay/comments/a8e83q/how_does_dashcentral_do_votes_on_behalf_of_a/
"I'm looking for the command line command in the documentation where a user can submit a vote for a proposal using purely the masternode private key along with the masternode public key and vin hash. I can't seem to find one, unless I add the details into the conf file and then do a vote. I assume dashcentral isn't adding/removing all the private keys into a massive conf file, so there must be some kind of command to submit a raw vote?"

Just to clarify:
1. If you use GIN, most of the time you will just enter the config info into your masternode.conf and vote with the home wallet. That works.
2. No software upgrade to either classic or Evo is required to allow pool.biblepay.org or dash central to vote with a gin sanc. Dash central is Web software and we just are not running the voteraw command from the web yet (nothing is stopping us from doing that in biblepay classic).
3. The only thing biblepay is not running is Dash-centrals web software. We could implement vote-raw in pool.biblepay.org if we had demand for it. But we have gone the extra mile and became one of the only Sanc coins with our own integrated proposals right in the core wallet (so as of now they can still do it that way).
4. Hosting on gin is really the same as hosting on vultr - either way you end up with the entire configuration line.
5. Gin contacted me on "how do I vote" and I explained they can vote through pool.biblepay.org by copying the RPC command then pasting it in the wallet, Or by voting in the core wallet and they said "Thank you". (They didnt ask about vote-raw and also didnt say they would reply with its not possible to the user).
