I have a very strange feeling that this guy is extremely new to gambling.
New gamblers are always chasing those losses & thinking no matter how much in the red they are, that at some point they 'have' to become positive.
1 bonus video shows nothing, and certainly the wins that bitcasino posted here (and you never denying you received), shows that you just may be exaggerating your self-calculated RTP.
Hell, I have a folder full of 3x-25x bonus videos. It doesn't mean anything.

Seeing as you can post my wins, would you mind sharing my biggest session losses here as well and also the amount of bets lost? I find it funny that I only win on bitcasino when my bet is lowered to almost the minimum. I've had sessions where I've lost 75k euro at 50 euro bets. Thats a 1500x loss. Have I ever had a win of 1500x?

I think the best thing is not to spin the drum, but to play dice or card games. Your video's title is a bit exaggerated IMO because you say 500 spins and no wins while in fact you wins some spins (not all spins were lost). I think you were just in a very bad luck playing that slots game, you keep on spinning while you did not see good win a every spin you made. If I were you, I have switched to other games. This is slot game with high house edge, so I'm not surprising at all to see many people lost their money on while playing slots with high house edge. Sorry for your lost mate, but I don't think bitcasino can do something with it unless there is a bug or you can prove that the game is rigged.
