I am glad you got sorted out after all that drama. Also nice of you to come back to the forum to acknowledge that things was resolved. This is a self-moderated thread and OP could just have deleted your issue, but they did not do that.
There is nothing wrong with expressing your concerns, but you have to do that in a professional manner, without all the drama.
A site like this will just go from strength to strength when people give constructive criticism. Yes, there might be individual incidents, but it is not to say that it is the norm. Every organization have good and bad employees. They have to make sure that everyone is on par when you deal with your customers, because competition is tough in the online gaming scene now.
Let's hope the promotions would also be looked at, because it certainly draw me back, when I see new promotions or events. I like to skip between a couple of my favorite casinos and those with promotions gets my money.

Last deposit bonus I received was december last year and it was a 100% bonus UP TO what was equivalent to €10 at the time. It was the christmas wheel they had last year if anyone remembers.

They have gone down the toilets and have poor management who doesn't understand customers come first. Their promos have been a joke for the past couple of years now.
Well, not every place has to be active all the time and not every place makes the same amount of money the others do. The reality is that when casinos start there are two possibilities, either they are horrible and they die very quickly or they really go into this casino thing all-in themselves and spend as much as they can and even make some debt sometimes to make it happen. So, that second one that works hard to be something actually becomes something big in casino world.Now, the second one that works hard goes in two different ways as well, either they have a ton of money and keep spending all the time, never stops, even after 10 years they continue to spend money, they just start to make a profit after a while but there are ones (which I assume bitcasino.io falls into) can't spend that much, they work hard and spend a lot for a while but eventually run out of money so they have to stop and try to make a profits.
I disagree with you. If one day they're going to be a huge platform, we have to find a responsible person.
Indeed, even using technology can be enough. Even on Telegram, there are so many successful bots ... Some project owners can use bot to answer every question very quickly. At least they could use something like that.

They have gone down the toilets and have poor management who doesn't understand customers come first. Their promos have been a joke for the past couple of years now.
Well, not every place has to be active all the time and not every place makes the same amount of money the others do. The reality is that when casinos start there are two possibilities, either they are horrible and they die very quickly or they really go into this casino thing all-in themselves and spend as much as they can and even make some debt sometimes to make it happen. So, that second one that works hard to be something actually becomes something big in casino world.Now, the second one that works hard goes in two different ways as well, either they have a ton of money and keep spending all the time, never stops, even after 10 years they continue to spend money, they just start to make a profit after a while but there are ones (which I assume bitcasino.io falls into) can't spend that much, they work hard and spend a lot for a while but eventually run out of money so they have to stop and try to make a profits.
