Yes, it's very well possible they caused this problem and wiped my balance themselves, I'm not really sure. yes, 2 auth is/was in place.

All I know is they told me their security department doesn't work today, which is Friday, and that's shocking to hear from a casino!

Gotta go, busy playing right now at cloudbet and betchain without any issues ever in my accounts. ( but, they have a security team who works on Friday, so that may explain it )

Andrea from the casino says they sent out an Amazon gift to me in the postal mail. Never got it. She claims amazon won't reship, and I lost my points on that gift.


Also, I don't use this machine for checking emails, only playing at their casino. I had 2 factor auth enabled last night after I noticed something funny with my balance, and contacted their support department. Since then, my account balance was wiped out nearly to 0$.

I'm asking they refund my deposits the last 24 hours, hire a better security crew who works 24 hours, and/or delete my account from their systems.

I actually had no idea they ship physical gifts. So is the case that your balance was withdrawn from the account by someone else but you or removed by the casino itself?

This is after their livechat crew already contacted the security dept about 30 minutes ago to see if any logins into my account were not authorized. Funny how they get up and leave work while I'm trying to find a solution to the problem they have caused me!

What casino in the world doesn't have a security team working on a Friday, anyways? Craziness. This explains how my account got compromised so easily by someone!

How have they caused the problem? If your PC wasn't secure or you clicked some phishing link, that's clearly your fault. Did you have 2FA in place?

DO NOT EVER ASK FOR REFUNDS FROM THIS CASINO!


I have played over 200+ btc with them, and they can't even refund 1btc that is missing from my account after my account has somehow been compromised.

Also, they claim to send you VIP gifts, and "amazon says it was delivered", but nothing comes in the mail.


Seems this casino is/was nothing but a sham.

To me seems like you have fallen for some phishing scam. Did you click some links in email and login to BitCasino through those? Considering you talk about some gifts ("Also, they claim to send you VIP gifts, and "amazon says it was delivered", but nothing comes in the mail.") would suggest you have received some kind of phishing emails or something similar.

It clearly seems like your account has indeed been compromised. The casino isn't supposed to refund if your account has been compromised because you haven't been careful enough. The BitCasino I have dealt with wouldn't just steal funds.

I have since been informed that bitcasino's 'security team' will not be at work/available to answer my problem until tomorrow. Makes you wonder if they even have a security team watching over the funds in your account. This would clearly explain the reason for my account being compromised last night!

Please return my deposits from last 24 hours to a bitcoin address I give, then delete/close my account! Before you would never allow me to delete my account when problems occurred and you wouldn't refund me! In hopes I'd keep playing and get scammed more!

I'm asking that bitcasinio refund my last deposits for the last 24 hours due to account being compromised. I doubt they will refund ANYTHING, as they haven't ever refunded me in the 2+ years ive played with them, but I have contacted their 'security department' to see if this will happen today. I don't seem to have these issues with the other casinos I play at ( cloudbet.com and betchain.com ).

This is so frustrating..... I have never done anything like this but let's say I did
1) I will send my documents then You pay me? do You promise? why will You do this when You say I made something against T&C so You shouldn't pay me... ?
2) I have never put even name on the registration (only e-mail) so how You verify me? I can send any documents I find over the internet... do You pay me then?

If he cheated by some double spend exploit, how could a drivers license, utility and SS of IP address prove whether he should be paid or not?

Huh Are You kiddin' me ? I have made ONE deposit and never done something like double spending fraud which I have googled now and have no idea how to do this. You can check my deposit history.
I have requested refund of my deposit and refused to send my private documents.

Understand your point that issues can be better worked out if dealt trough proper communications channels but I am ( and can guess lots of people here that care a lot about their anonimity) would like to hear from you if you really asked to be provided with cheskor511nor personal ID documents to have his/her withdrawal processed and , eventually, why.

I made  some withdrawals from your site (way smaller amounts anyway) and never be asked anything so it sounds strange to me but also don't see any reason not to believe cheskor statements.

Would you please enlighten us (not about his specific issues) if there are occasions in which you ask your players to send you their IDs?

They are not going to withdraw it and I am not going to send any docs, do You have any experience that btc casino wants so many private documents? I think money is lost;/ but I try with curacao gaming... asked also for the refund of deposit and close the account but they said I have to send anyway;/
