First of all thanks for feedback! We are always working on improving technical part of all systems and of course working hard with fraud activity. Regarding Fools' Day lottery we have detected a system abuse where players attempted to claim more than one ticket by submitting multiple jokes through Live Chat to defraud the system. The accounts that are caught will be dealt with by security department. In a meantime we are working on a new loyalty system where it will be just useless to create multiple accounts.
And just to make things more clean - those players who are creating multiple accounts can easily be banned and won't have a chance to participate in any of our promotions. So if you are reading this message, think twice when you are trying to cheat the system. If you want to continue playing on bitcasino, be sure not to experiment with fraud activity.

Yeah I know they don't rig the lottos either because I have been more than lucky and won several times and big prizes but I wonder if either the autopick screwed up or these players somehow were granted multiple tickets by different reps. As I said I won but feel bad for the 4 extra winners this raffle could have provided for other players. Anyways it was great to alert the rep in this thread but they didn't respond yet although they did post another advert. I hope they will do the right thing and redraw the remaining non winners for 4 prizes of 20mbtc.

Yes it was a great promotion, but with such high fraud and multiple accounts because it was free to enter it took away many prizes from legitimate loyal players. I'm a bit disappointed as some of the nice prizes from the raffle were denied to payout due to multiple account fraudsters which could have gone to players that come to your site every day and play. I realize you want to attract new players with these types of promotions but you have nothing in place to detect fraud or players with multiple accounts apparently until they attempt a cashout and goes into review. Anyways, that said I didn't win a prize which is ok but many did who had multiple accounts and unfairly screwed legitimate players.
