You will need to enter all this personal info during card order - your full name and residence address (even if the card is virtual), you can check the steps over there: https://medium.com/@brahiim/how-to-use-e-coin-4343bbc33e76#.caxbavcf0
There is no personal info for accounts without cards.

It is possible to change user info for already ordered card, but it requires verification documents, and may take time.

And just to let you know, the free cards for promo participants will be given in January.

I registered on the site and its look pretty simple sign up.
Theres no need to put any address or other detail? Like full name d.o.b etc.. etc..
Coz im join the gleam giveaway. Got free card aswell if minimum requirements fullfill. How do we get the free card if theres no detail.?

This card work like a regular mastercard/visa card and can be used anywhere - to shop online, to pay in stores and to withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide. You have to pay monthly SMS notification fee ($1,00/€1,00/£1,00) every month when you use the card, in the moths where no transactions are made, there is no fee.

Alright, thanks for explaining this to me. Good to know that when I don't use the card that I won't have to pay for it.

I guess I can't throw it out once I am done with it.

This card work like a regular mastercard/visa card and can be used anywhere - to shop online, to pay in stores and to withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide. We cannot really send the card to the email just like that. It was meant, you can order a virtual card and receive its requisites (number, expiration, CVV) right away via email.

In order to purchase a virtual card, please login to E-Coin account and on the main Account > Overview screen click on Request New card.

At the moment we do not have this option (card unload or bitcoins purchase), however we are working on it and hope to implement it pretty soon (within a month or two). Once it is available you will get our newsletter.

I can only suggest you to transfer the funds from the card to some service like PayPal or Neteller, if you are using them.
