every time i try load the card i get "Service unavailable - try again later" . Does this card ever work???
read 3 posts up, bokiminer said its unavailable atm
I am trying to load my virtual master card, but the site is showing this error erverytime:

You can't choose , but you can add more. For example if you have a visa usd card, you can add a mastercard eur and gbp card + virtual cards. So you can have both types on one account/.

Yes it's worldwide .
Yea the card is, but they have 2 types of cards now visa and master and possibly 2 ways / banks that load them.
Just to add something ... you can't choose between two types , basically those who have MasterCard at the moment are new customers ,Visa are old customers ,so once your Visa card expire , you will only be able to make MasterCard AFAIK.

I have virtual card (Visa), I contacted the support and they told me that the card loading service is temporarily unavailable.

Loading the card doesn't work for two days !? Very unprofessional ! Very very bad experience

I personally don't see that feature on my e-coin account unless you have to be from a specific country or something .
Card to Card basically allow you to send funds from your card to another card holder . (Just like Payoneer , Neteller etc ...)
But I will say bitcoin debit came arise to reduce burden like exchanging the bitcoin into fiat cash. Due to this We can purchase anything in anywhere and you can with draw a money with ATM as well. I am currently using visa card. Its convenient and useful for me.

a card is always associated with account, this mean that it's not so different than sending funds between two account via sepa for example
maybe just more fast

Every one who has Visa at the moment, will stay with Visa. So, all currently working cards remain untouched. We are not planning to change client's Visa card to MasterCard at the moment
Oh that’s great dude. I was using coinbase card Visa from December Its very good. Because of that I getting benefit. No need to exchange into fiat or anything else. I feel visa is fine for me. Because Visa is everywhere near by home. Mastercard I have to walk or take a car for a long.
I still did not get my "free" (not free btw you still pay $1 a month for upkeep) from the promotion.
