You did not mention you have seen the balance and lost it trying to load the card.
In that case is clear, pm user gosha@e-coin here on forum and show him the txid.
It is clearly a software glich on their side, i am sure they will fix it. Just explain it well.

If someone would have hacked my account and stole the money you would see a withdrawl!

Exept the hacker would be intelligent enought to have control over the ecoin system and could mask the withdrawl. 

As i allready sayed: The balance was there at the moment I wanted to topup my card. But I got an error "card loading failed".
Account balance before failed loading: 22€
After failed loading: 2€

And one more thing: The picture i uploadet is from today. But you dont see a withdrawl of the balance, right!? But the balance is definitly gone...
For me this smells really fishy!!!

@wirex Can you clarify the withdrawal limits for e-coin cards. As you have information on your website that contradicts with one another.

On E-coin website first there is information : upgrade your account to “Verified” status or instance, you can load up to $20,000 onto your E-Card and withdraw up to $3,000 cash daily. Without any maximum balance or in-store/online spend limits!

then there is a link to a pdf that states different numbers > https://www.e-coin.io/assets/helpcenter/cardlimits.pdf  where it shows the veryfied limits $1000 per atm twice a day, + $2500max daily load

And then again in the FAQ> E-Coin card types and limits> MAX DAILY SINGLE LOAD IS 10.000

So everywhere is different, on the webpage front you are advertising 3K for veryfied, on the pdf its 1K x2 , and in the FAQ max daily load is 10.000per tx while in the pdf its max daily load 2.5k

Do you even know what the limits are?
To make things worse, when i log into my account on http://www.mychoicecorporate.com it says my card limits are ATM 1K x 2 , max load 10K x2 per day. + it has a KYC2 and KYC3 level .

Please update the correct information across the board, in the FAQ section, in the PDF, on the front of the site and the blog as they are all different.

Also please state if when we verify are KYC 2 or KYC 3 level verified. (i see no reason we should be KYC2 if we submit address and document as that is usualy KYC3 everywhere else.)

You are correct payment to that address was made 2016-02-18 22:55:20, for the amount of 0.05996235 ($27 usd todays rate)
but it also shows that it was moved out of that address on 2016-02-19 13:17:11 .
Are you using 2FA (authenticator?), is it possible someone withdrew the btc from your account before you got a chance to load it to your card? Since it shows it was withdrawn from you account to a non multisig address, and i know e-coin only uses multisig.

Are you sure the transation went trough, link us block explorer for btc proof. Link us the TXID or blockchain . (its safe to do so) The picture up there shows nothing, if you sent btc you have proof no one can fake it. Link the btc transaction itself.

These e-coin support stuff really pisses me on! Yesterday i deposited 20€ to my account and tried to load my card. But i got an error "loading failed".
Since yesterday the 20€ i wanted to transfer on my card disappeared. As you can see on the attached picture ITS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT, NOT ON MY CARD AND HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFERED! Its just DISAPEARED!  

I wrote to theyr support and trold them tree times now exactly what happened but these *** allways only reply "it should be credited to your account allredy now". IT HAS ALLREADY BEEN THERE YESTERDAY!

As a three support tickets dont bring these guys to look at this and fix the problem made of theyr system maybe this here helps!

Same problem here I am also waiting for long time but they have some banking restrictions just because of this they are avoiding countries from Sub Continent hope in near future we have updates about this

Offering bitcoin debit card is nice. I can't wait to join it. But in your country list i can't found my country (India). I suggest you please open your service in India. Lots of peoples from India will welcome you.

Go for it. I mean this is really a good idea! Makes total sense. Hard BTCs so you wouldnt really have to bother. Guess a black card really is appealing.

once the card limits are reached, you can either verify the account to increase them or re-order a new card. The limits are not set by us, but imposed on the card issuing bank by regulators, so, it can't be changed as we wish

Is it possible to ever get a reset on the limits?
For example, you reach the $800 (USD) ATM withdrawal limit, does it ever reset and allow you to withdraw $800 more? If not, that would be a pretty cool thing to add for those of us that can't verify accounts.

if you are talking about name displayed on the card, it's pretty irrelevant even for the plastic card (can be any), not to mention virtual. If you are talking about the name the card is registered to, it can only be changed by the issuing bank, and they will ask for ID and address proof. Btw , is it possible to get a re-name on my Virtual card ? because It has a fake name made by you as far as I know , and not my real name . (Note that E-coin isn't available in my country { Algeria } ) .

we freeze the exchange rate for you for 15 mins, but the blockchain fee may fluctuate between the moment you click "max amount" and actually make the transaction - that may lead to such error.
Try reducing the max amount a little bit to account for possible minor fluctuations of the blockchain fee, then it will work

I'm getting Unexpected status code: BadRequest, content: {"result":{"fee":20091,"available":2546491},"message":"Insufficient funds"} when I try to load my Virtual card and click "Maximum amount" ?

No, I did not heard about any plans for additional features for card>PayPal transfers.

As was mentioned by @Puppet it is currently possible, so we were no considering any additional options. I will send a feedback to our managers, however I doubt it will be fee-free even if we integrate the feature. I am pretty sure PayPal would charge us the fee it's currently charging you (maybe lower though) - so at the end there will be no difference for you.

Thanks, I know that's possible, but the thing is that fees are assessed when doing it. I'd like to transfer the funds from my Prepaid E-coin Card to PayPal for free.

You can already link your card with paypal. If for some odd reason you want a paypal balance rather than using the cc via paypal, I guess you could always send money from one pp account (with linked credit card) to another.
