Is there any monthly fees while using the virtual dollar card ?
because while I was checking my account later, I found that there is a $1 was deducted from my card and was labeled as a TransactionFees ! Can you tell me why is that ??

and please try to raise your rates with your new rebranding because your btc/usd price is always lower than all exchanges

Im on your side man, im just saying its not a big deal to veryfy the card. A bank is a bank they can block stuff as they please, especialy becase they need to honour various licences from visa/mc networks.
But the laws in Giblartar are very lax, practicaly of shore privacy wise. So can be totaly safe to have limits lifted knowing you would be oflimits to your local tax authorities unless you are specificaly targeted.
So go for it, any catch all request from your local country auth wont give results. Ie if they as for a list of citizens from your country with bank accounts you are safe.

That happens since 1 week now. And why to give them my id and bill if they specified clear that till 2500 euro you dont have to provide any ID ( 1000 euro withdraw at ATM).Also i am not the only one, one friend of mine got his card blocked but they solved his problem and he was able to use it again.

Well its clear the bank has blocked you. They can only tell you the reason and what solves it.
It could be that you are getting that message if you tried to withdraw and it got "reserved" but not yet still released back and you tried another withdrawal wich when added up to the reserved amount exceeded your daily limit.

The verification process solves it long term, or you an wait and see for your daily limit to get back or try only once next day as not to reserve any funds.

I don't understand what are the consequences of a name change for e-coin.
a summary? Huh

The blog covers the most consequences, however to make long story short the following will change for the existing users:
- design and interface of our website;
- more features will be added and mobile app will be launched;
- new domain and new site to login (though you can use e-coin.io for some time after rebranding is completed);
- new email for support.

Cards' design will change as well (for new cards).

In general, all work flow remains the same. You will be able to use the card the same way you did before, send and receive bitcoins, load the card, verify the card, etc... Well, and more as new features and improvements are coming.

I have seen today on e-coin channel on youtube how to verify paypal account fast through e-coin card, is it possible to withdraw the money from paypal to this card and then convert to bitcoin?

It will be very soon.

At the moment, we have Visa virtual cards where you can withdraw funds from PayPal. However we do not have unload card feature (to transfer those funds in BTC).

we are going to add this option soon which will give you the desired flow of actions:
- verify virtual card with PayPal;
- send funds from PayPal to the card;
- send funds from the card to bitcoin wallet and get bitcoins.

xapo works differently, it directly converts you btc on the fly when you use it. This is a much better solution we get more control .
Only feature i would like to see is e-coin buy btc from our e-coin card balance. Also i notice the competition SatoshiTango that issues the cards from the same bank,
has both the buy btc, but most importantly it has a "Unload card" feature witch unloads the funds from the card to Site balance, and then it can be used for other things on site.

We'll add unload card feature very soon. As we have just announced, we are rebranding - so we expect to have card unload right after the Wirex is launched fully.

Are we going to be able to use all these features with our existing accounts, balance, and cards we own from you.Huh

Yes your cards will continued to work with no interruption. You can read some about Wirex and what it means for E-Coin users. In a summary Wirex will give you the same service, but much more. Mobile app for mobile banking, ability to buy bitcoin, sending money in bitcoin and fiat to anyone within the network.
