For now there are so many ,but bitcoin still the king of crypto and for me no one can beat it ,we could say YES but it take more years ,as for now investor of bitcoin was increase and increasing month by month and the market and volume of it was taking high so this is the great news about it.
im agree of that bitcoin has no competition if anyone will compete in the bitcoin im surely they will lose to the battle no one can defeat bitcoin. bitcoin it has a better technolgy and most popular ever since. bitcoin will remain the best crypto currency and it will further enchance their technology and the supply of bitcoin will increase and increase and no one can predict the price of the bitcoin because of the investor of bitcoin.
Don't agree with that. Bitcoin has competitors. The problem is that most of them chose the wrong way to try to reach Bitcoin.
So far I have not seen any PoS coin reaching a market cap near to the Bitcoin market cap, or at least remain stable in the market for quite a while, and even then people keep choosing the same path to create new cryptos.

bitcoin will have competition in 5-10 years.these coins will just co exist with btc maybe having the same value. a healthy competition. that's probably good for the market
Exactly, bitcoin to this day has no competition, although many new crypto currencies have been present but bitcoin is still the best and bitcoin is still loved by many people. This is because bitcoin prices remain the highest of other crypto currencies.

I think Bitcoin still has its place because of its benefits. But it does not have to be competitive. At position 2 we can see that ETH is rising strongly because of the superiority it brings

Bitcoin has certainly got no arch rival at the moment but that's not to say it has not got competition. The way the bitcoin has determined the prices of other coins shows that in the near future, other coins may see it as profitable to run on their on ledger and discard blockchain. That way,, they maintain a good image for their coin.

Of course Altcoin is increasingly coming as new head cryprcurrency but they have one thing in common. all parts of the spine are pumped and discarded by a handful of big players before the hype dies, people lose interest and then the next thing comes next. but progress is improving by having every different project to offer the wider community.

Bitcoin has been at the highest peak of cryptocurrency I think. It seems tough for altcoins to be the opposite of bitcoin. Because bitcoin is so far away at the top and also its popularity has been very high. Nobody dares to be the opposite of bitcoin because it will just be worth it.
The bitcoins has a great competition because it is not monopoly wherein one company governs the all for a specific performances or services, many investing companies that compete with btc.
