Since the massive growth that bitcoin has seen over the past couple of years it became very popular among the internet users especially for those who are looking for an extra income, it is indeed used by many people so it is considered a global currency but it is unfortunate that governments do not see so.

You see because of the nature of bitcoin and how decentralized it is it became something they cannot control that is why they refuse to make it as an official global currency.

I also think that it has grown a lot and that it has a great future but we can simply not become a global currency that is just not possible without any doubts.

It is already grown a lot and it keeps on growing each day that is passing by. It can be a global currency even there is no law with it as long as all of us are agreeing that we need to keep on using bitcoin then for sure we are going to have a lot transactions with bitcoin. Then that is going to make it as a global currency.

Bitcoin is global currency and I think its the only way in which bitcoin can survive, to be international. If we tie bitcoin for any country that can be the end of this freedom we have now. Do you think that bitcoin can work just in one country? What will happen with bitcoins in that case? As I see here there is people from every country in the world, that is international.
Yes for many of us bitcoin means extra income, but through that we learn about alternatives, world economy, some people find bitcoin very helpful in sending and saving money.
Bitcoin is our currency, there's no government that regulates it, we have to support it to continue to grow and a massive adoption would always help. I see some businesses are already accepting bitcoin but I am not satisfied yet, we can grow more.

You are not satisfied because the fact that many stores and merchants are not still accepting bitcoin and government is not even agreeing that bitcoin is going to be used globally. Don't worry about that as long as the market is keep on going, we don't have to think about it too much, let's just keep on supporting bitcoin and the adoption soon will be massive.

perhaps because bitcoin prices are unstable, they refused to become a global currency, but when bitcoin have a stable price, bitcoin might be received into a global currency. yeah, but I think it will not happen, and it probably will hurt some people. may better see growth bitcoin is the case today, because I also think that at this time, it is very difficult to happen.

Bitcoin started out small but it has been growing ever since it is no longer confined to certain contries or areas it is going global. Soon bitcoin will be used all over the world.

Though it is already used all over the world and by people living in any country around the world, but for bitcoin to become global it should probably get legalized by the countries around the world so that it can be used anywhere like fiat, then we can call it a global currency.

I agree there are countries which they ban bitcoin for different reasons. Also there are countries which maintain a passive attitude "wait and see" and in their legislation is considered as an agreement between two parties and not as currency. So its not strange many people not use it because they believe it is illegal. Legalization and information are imo the main reasons to prevent the dominance of bitcoin globally.
The fact that there are countries taking such a move is a sign that Bitcoin has the potential to be a better option than fiat currency, and many people are starting to become aware of it. The result is being reflected in the market, with a growing demand for a limited quantity of Bitcoins in the market.
It may be a sign but it doesn't mean that Bitcoin is starting at any success anytime soon. There are a lot of things that have to be pushed through and having Bitcoin rapidly expand during this holiday season would have been huge, especially considering the global economy right now. More pushed have to be made and more people have to look to expand Bitcoin's acceptance so that we're able to really push forwards.
The problem is, that i see the price go up like crazy, but i do not see a real change in infrastructure. I do not see any improvements in transactions per second, the fees or more applications and places i can spend my coins. I think we can see an emotional high here and not much more.
i think bitcoin is actually using bitcoin for payment world wide because we are not the same breeds and countries.. we are using bitcoin just like unity that actually we do not know each other.. because we are in far places so for me we are using it right now worldwide but the problem it is still not acceptable to other business or website or even locally..except for other country..
Yeah we are using bitcoin worldwide, this is a sign of the price increase because more people are using bitcoin and i think the price right now is one of the way there is new investors are coming that investing in bitcoin. that is why the price is increases..

This is a valid observation. I don't know if the improvements to the Bitcoin network are going to be implemented soon or not, but there is a clear need for something to be done to make the user experience better.

Another important aspect is that if Bitcoin continues to increase in price, the media will begin to provide greater coverage, as occurred in 2013. This will require a stronger and more stable network to handle the greater traffic of users.

On before this time there have been many forms of means of money so if bitcoin happens to become global currency today there is nothing wrong with it. but for the time now i really don"t see it coming because just some few many know about bitcoin for the now with time it will be well know to everyone.
For now we are just few users of bitcoin and i think more adoption are needed in order bitcoin to become a global currency..
We are lucky that we are early to know about bitcoin and hoping that more company are accepting bitcoin as payment..
We are far that bitcoin to become global currency because bitcoin still not acecptable by many companies online but maybe in the future if more adoption and develop business will release in the future i am sure we will see that bitcoin will be global currency..

I can add a few words to this

While legalizing Bitcoin is important as well as information about it, as long as people can't buy (and sell) bitcoins just like they can buy a foreign currency, it will remain only a toy for a relatively small number of people. Legalization and information won't help make Bitcoin widespread, but banks accepting Bitcoin and offering Bitcoin services will certainly contribute to its expansion greatly. If they close a wide gap still existing between fiat and Bitcoin, many more people will get interested in Bitcoin eventually

Governments on its own have no power. Power is in the power to enforce laws. Its the lawyers and upgreaded lawyers that make the law called politicians have power. Executive power shouldnt be called power at all. Its just a tool. A legislative body is the most closed society ever and an average people have neither influence or an ability to join them. And if that legislative body made a rule that bitcoin cant do nothing, bitcoin will be done. Period

You are self-contradicting in your post

At first you say that power is in the power to enforce the laws (which I agree with). In other words, without enforcement laws won't mean anything and would quickly turn into covenants which you could safely ignore if you decide so. In this way, the real power belongs to law enforcement bodies (which may either enforce the laws or decline from enforcing them) or whoever controls them and not to the lawyers themselves (whom I consider only as a handy tool myself, useful also as scapegoats if things go awry). Quite naturally, those who have the real power to enforce a law could just as easily enforce the adoption of any other law they might ever choose to have adopted. And these guys are collectively known as the government, or authorities, or the powers that be
