It's not really a proper comparison here I don't think. This is more like comparing apples and oranges. Sure, Bitcoin shares some characteristics with government issued currency, but there are so many differences that I don't really see what we get out of these comparisons.

Hi there gold1112! Great job, I never thought that bitcoin could reach even at the top 10th most place in the currency popularity. By the way, where did you get those figures? Hope you could share the link or facts. I think bitcoin cannot be at the top most of the currency, there are a lot of hindrances ahead. Most of the country didn't even recognize bitcoin as a legal tender but some have recognized it as an asset. But I think bitcoin could surpass the rupee and could step higher to the third or maybe the second step. People nowadays, still depend on fiat, and if that way of living last longer it would be hard for the bitcoin to reached the no 1 spot.
Interesting infographic. Looking at it, the prospect of Bitcoin world domination seems really very close and of course real. I think that it really can happen in the next 5 years. The only thing that really upsets me is that there is such a big gap between the owners. Again 1% has almost everything. And this is not good in a social sense.
