Exactly, you have explain very well, I do agree with you. Firstly, Bitcoin is best now and also forever, but better to invest in bitcoin for a long time, then it will be a profitable, and if we have big capital to invest then also bitcoin is best. But if anyone have little bit money then better to invest on altcoin and as you said altcoins are better for short time investment.

The simplest way is to invest in bitcoin. But altcoins can bring more profit in a shorter period of time

heard many bad rumors about eth holder so i still prefer to bitcoin
there are some alt coin are best too, but need more research with it

In my opinion, altcoins are much more profitable than Bitcoin at the present time. Of course bitcoin is the most reliable crypto currency,
but it's unlikely that BTC will grow 5 or 10 times in the near future. At the same time, many altcoins can grow several times in a few weeks or months.

Investing in bitcoins is a good idea. At the moment you can buy it, because the prices on the market are low. Of course, it's better if you have bitcoin and some promising altcoyins in your portfolio.

Bitcoin is the safest crypto to invest as all of the other altcoins price are tied to bitcoin. If bitcoin dips, the other altcoins will be affected too.
Both bitcoin and altcoin are profitable depends of the hold duration. For me, bitcoin is the best choice for long term but for short term, you can go with altcoin or invest in some promising ICOs.

One suggestion would be to purchase or mine only currencies that participated to no Ico. Now Companies are getting terms longer and longer, even 3-4 years to have something really in place and this can lead to higher risk of return of any investment. Also, Ico coins are manly tokens..

Look at the real coins still having a value. Are coins, mineable, and nor token...

Bitcoins are more profitable. Altcoins still have some years so they can develop and grow properly. Bitcoin has had years to gorw, take shape and adapt so for definitely bitcoin. I am not writing out altcoins though, they are a good investment and a currently hold a few

Both can be very profitable. I do not think you need to choose one. Because Bitcoin and Altcoin are well suited to be an investment asset both in the long term and short term. If Bitcoin has been trusted by many people. But if Altcoin type a lot, you can look for the best Altcoin to be an investment asset.

There is no doubt that Bitcoin is the safest for money storing. On the other hand it won't bring you an multiple profit. Alts are risky as hell, but an accidental profit could make you rich.

It may be worthwhile to diversify your assets. Thus you put the money in Bitcoin and altcoins. And none of this is not lost.

I think if you're going to invest for the long term, then I think investing in bitcoin is the best option, it's more stable. If you're looking to invest in the short term, altcoins is a good choice, and it may bring you a lot of benefits in a short time, but it's also a big risk.

For me altcoin is more profitable, but make sure that you always check also the price of your token. ALthough that is more profitable i am contented on tha bitcoin as long as i am contented also in the price of my token i sell it as soon as possible.

bitcoin is safer if you can say that. And altcoins at their early stage are the most profitable ones. You won't see bitcoin making 1000% up but you can see that easily with some ICOs

Those news could be a scheme of other so that they could start to buy bitcoin when the price is low, so rather buying a 1 million worth of bitcoin at 10k each, it could be more cheap to bribe some media to feed some bad news, price goes at 9k each and buy bitcoin.
