no i think we need to invest in bitcoin instead of ethereum because bitcoin is beneficial and more stronger than ethereum and also more secure thats why we need to have a guarantee profit and for that i prefer bitcoin. Update that bitcoin is now $11,620 still it's moving up and if you are able to buy at $10,000 without hesitation you did earned now. Both bitcoin and ethereum are great coins and there's no need ask this question as you can see at coinmarketcap.com these two coins are on the top, first bitcoin and second ethereum.Enough with the picking, just invest in btc and eth.

They are both great to buy now especially bitcoins tjey are growing so fast everyday tjey cannot be stop this time. Ethereum on the other hand are also doing great so if you wanted to have an investment probably buy both of them. Bitcoins are more on a short term investment because according to some articles they might fall any moment but ethereum are more on a long term investment because their value are just cheaper but I know that they will also bloom just like what happen to bitcoins.
It is suggested that you buy bitcoin, because from the point of view of investment, bitcoin is scarce, and every bit of bitcoin is higher than ETH.
I believe buying 50/50 BTC and Ethereum would be the best choice. I believe both of them will grow, but even in case BTC will stagnate at 11k, you can still earn something from ETH

Well, the market value of Etherium is also increasing at this moment so I would say that both are profitable are and worth to invest your money with. But it just depend on your preferences whether for long term or short term investment. And in ky case I prefer long term investment because the profit is bigger and it surely is worth to wait. So I'd vote for bitcoin. Ethereum is good, and bitcoin is better. But for now it is more complicated and expensive obtain bitcoin.
Lol, At least someone is there to explain the difference between two precisely. I have the very same opinion regarding bitcoin and eth, eth is doing great among altcoins whereas bitcoin is the king of all digital currencies. No other crypto currency can dare competing with bitcoin because of its largest market. Bitcoin is as we all know the master of crypto currencies and eth is its prime minister, why to go after minister when president is available? 
If you are planning to buy Bitcoin today, you're just wasting money because BTC's price is too high today. wait for it to fall. At its great value today, it will definitely dump. If I we're you, I'll choose Ethereum, because it's sure to increase its value in the next few months.

I will still prefer to buy bitcoin, based on its market trend I doubt it would stop at $20000 since it is still far from its capped number, bitcoins value is promising and would continue to buy it bit by bit but still I wouldn't remove the fact that ethereum coins can still increase its own price just as much as bitcoin has done in the past.

Few years you said?For this year it hitted x10. Of course it`s not guarantee that it will be continue to grow in such tempo, but 50% of your investemnt MUST hold in BTC (as a bonus - you can get BTC forks for free).

Always go for bitcoin, all my recent bitcoin investments were in bitcoin in this year 2017. Perhaps, I should invest more money in Ethereum next year 2018
If you are a day trader it should be absolutely bitcoin as the reason of volatility.

For mow ETH price rise slowly which make it good for long term holding .
bitcoin increase fast and can make money in short rang with ability to exchange it for USD or paid using cards
