The matter of predicting it is a difficult thing to say happened, the proof is that the word will reach the target which is called a dream, even now the market is deteriorating, to expect that the high increase will not occur in the current year, it might take a long time to pass the bearish market this
There are too many groups or people who are predicting the price these days, most of them do it on the volume and support levels which turns out to be just fluctuating at that range. That doesnt mean they are very good at predicting or everything will be true.. its like a guess, which may turn on either sides of the coin.
people are free to predict the price of bitcoin because it is not certain that the prediction is correct, and whether the prediction becomes only a dream or real we can only prove that after it happened or not, and you can believe it or not it's up to you

I am not sure if it is possible or not but in my opinion price makers wont let the Chinese investors to buy bitcoin such a cheap price like 7k-8k USD. It's been 6 months since you posted your question and the answer is pretty obvious despite all our hopes and dreams. So, that was apparently the dream part.
The real part is that before diving into our dreams, we'd better check the histrical perspective and try to think reasonably. I do believe BTC will have a new ATH, but it might take up to 4 or 5 years from the last peak. So, I prefer hodling to dreaming
We have watch the bitcoin price for the whole year but there is not a big change in the price for the whole year but if the price goes up or fall we will not let bitcoin to sell and the market is always good for the trade of these coins and if you have invested you can show patience in the crypto market so you can make money and like many you will also a millionaire in the future.
Be it real or not, all i am into is to buy during the dip and sell during the peak. If bitcoin will reach hundred thousand dollars in the next decade, then i am really in good hands as the profit that i got from bitcoin will be used to buy on it again during the dip. I am just rolling my money again and again because i am making money from the rise and fall of bitcoin.
In my opinion, as we can see now, the forecast is not realistic because the numbers are not like this. I would not say that Bicoin is dying, but unpredictable. But I am still sure the prices of Bitcoin and Altcoin will rise again, but not this year it will take a long time we just need patience.

nothing in this world is impossible and that could happen. but I think it takes a long process because the market is falling and it takes time to recover.Current market prices are only temporary for me and only need to wait for a high rise like last year.

the name is also a prediction, which of course is only someone's imagination, we must not be too carried away by predictions without we seeing something tangible in supporting the problem
but optimism is important, but having to measure potential predictions is more important, because if you miss it too far later the consequences can be dangerous in the world of buying and selling, because many parties will make wrong decisions and can cause huge losses and can cause bankruptcy.

And not it's confirmed it just a dream. His name really fits him well because he might be very high when he predicted that price on his videos. We did not even reach half of that price in April. I trust fortune tellers more than people who relies on data that only suggests what they are thinking and not what they exactly want to do.
Yes many youtuber predict the price of Bitcoin can be around $50k to $60k in the end of this year, and that mean BTC should be going 10 times more in 3 or 4 month. This is can be possible because last year from september to december the price of BTC going up from $3000 to $20k that mean going up 7 times more.
Prediction is not happen because the people don't have unity to hold bitcoin and to buy it . Because most of the investor are selling their bitcoin and the result price decreased. 64k dollars is really possible to happen if most of the investor invest their money to bitcoin .

The market in recent months has been steadily dropping, you can see that bitcoin prices have fallen more than 70% of their value and are heading at $ 6000. I believe bitcoin prices will probably fall to $ 2000 at the end of 2018. So you should not invest long when the market is bearish. It is unlikely that bitcoin prices will rise to $ 64k. 
I don't know what is they are thinking to get Bitcoin bill to reach 20000 or 40000 in just a short time just imagine bitcointalk almost like 7 or 8 years to even reach $10, 000 and now it is Fallen to $5, 000 so how it can reach $64, 000 in a very short time

There are lots of bitcoin speculations and predictions but cryptocurrency is really unpredictable because it is always changing. I believe that as holders and investors, we must just have to stay positive and always hipe for the best. As for me, bitcoin could still go more this year.

So basically this does not happen.
I think the program before was less powerful than the bots nowadays which can also predict prices and do auto trades. But human capacity is also a variable and complex one that can't be figure out sometimes. 
Bitcoin prices have started to decline after the start of the year. At the end of the year the price increases by at least 50%.
Bitcoin Prediction Sometimes it seems to be a dream. Many times it really happens in front of us. 64k may be impossible but possible.

This is ambiguous if we do not study it thoroughly and do not see its usefulness specifically, but for investors it is really something they can exploit and seek for.
