yes bitcoin will be not that powerful that it will hold an capacity to replace paper money, as paper money is too huge in terms of market cap and user bases and that is unlikely to happen.

Agree, bitcoin is just a crypto and cant possible to replace fiat anytime soon because its been used on all economies of the world and also bitcoin does rely on fiat currency itself. BItcoin is a crypto currency and fiat is on physical world they are just different in some ways but both are very useful.

People say here bitcoin is money, how can money replace money? This topic doesn't have sense, it's possible for one currency to dominate others, current situation tell us that dollar is dominant currency in this world, but we have other also strong currencies.
Probably there will always be several good and strong currencies, digital currencies are not so strong right now, but with the time they will grow and be stronger and probably one day some crypto currency will dominate in this world.

Wow, you are too confident, bitcoin will never replace money or fiat because it is just an alternate currency, the currency of a certain state will be supported by every country, bitcoin will not even be legalize. The users of bitcoin is not really that huge so it is far from happening.

but I am using bitcoin as a currency also, and I will say that I adopted it because I need it as a currency for my online purchase and I do not face any problem, I feeling much happy with bitcoin as a currency.

Bitcoin can provide alternative investment / earning route which anyone is free to explore, but it can't replace fiat currency. Not at least in next 100 years.

It will happen, eventually. While I don’t think a full replacement will take place, bitcoin will be actively used by people throughout the world, especially once the current financial system collapses.

i think bitcoin is not new anymore. bitcoin has been aged more than 7 years and currently has users exceeded 10 million users and I think that number will always increase in each year. so I think bitcoin will take a long time to reach it

i think you are right about it, in my opinion bitcoin wil have a possibility to replace fiat only in a few decades when adoption will be way bigger than it is right now

Yeah, it will takes a long time for bitcoin to replaces the money. It might happen in the next 10-50 years, but for the next 1-10 years, i don't think bitcoin can replaces the money.

i say no for this, 10 years,20 year or 50 years, what ever you like to said but the fact bitcoin never replace money, the only we can hope is one days bitcoin would replace bank.
