Name hmm
First one that comes to mind is Satoshi sounds like a nice name
In the centre of town there must be a pizza place that offers bitcoin's with a guy named Laslo
And maybe a block and a chain at city hall for the flag Smiley
Of course two Winklevoss twins could be the city's entertainers
(Got to work on the arts not just the infrastructure )
And heck Maybe even have a slogan
The (______) Place on Earth

video 15 -earthships
walls made out of 1 part coke cans, beer bottle or car tyres, 1 part concrete.. which have no physical benefit to making a house more stable or warmer/colder etc..
plus using cokecans tyres and beer bottles is not as eco friendly as just using concrete. but hey as long as you put one recycled coke can into a wall you can then deem is eco friendly because its one less coke can in your refuge bins, even if in reality its not doing much else. save the world 1 coke can at a time. Cheesy then you think about reality
earthquake, or just the pressure of the weight of concrete and start looking at the cokecans and bottles imploding. creating gaps in the walls. nice winter breeze whistling through the walls.

Yeah, because New Mexico has had so many famous earth quakes. LOL

Be prepared for anything, bro.

By the way: Who would be the Mayor?
----
I'm also thinking about planning a program for kids or Third Class. I would like to talk about it via P.M.
----
When would the town get launched?
----
Please vote in another town name now, people. (Probably McIsles? I dunno.)

video 16 - biodiesel & solar panels
firstly on the national grid for electric and utility.. hmm ok that costa a few million of build and digging. then making biodeisel, hmm my comments of video 14 covered that.. then move onto solar.
this guy needs to take a step back from the PC and realy check out the prices of digging underground laying down electric cable attaching it to the national grid, safely, having all the regulations covered and permissions from the electric company.. or a cheaper option just buy a tonne of solar panels... and skip the first step...ill add more to the solar panel idea, i got a feeling more ineptness about requirements for basic utilities to run a town will appear .

We will already be on the grid, so it won't cost that much. I already asked you to read, so you are now on ignore.

I will stop ignoring you when you stop ignoring me. (meaning "stop asking or arguing things that have been answered or solved")

your already on the national grid?Huh oh wait the magic fairys build power lines into the land you bought ....Huh no.. the reality is: "firstly on the national grid for electric and utility.. hmm ok that cost a a few million of build and digging." and permits etc

then you want to drop the national grid or be less reliant on it and use biodiesel.. then finally move onto solar....

like i said why waste cash at phase one of requiring national grid, why not just go straight to solar!!! oh wait you have the fairys that pay the national grid for the electric cabling at the start so theres no permit costs or construction costs lol

you sir wil need more then 600 acres for 200 people to have a fully functional town. you will need atleast 6000 acres for 1000 people. based purely on your utopian dreams. just to get a basic functioning town

With no taxes, how will garbage service get paid for? Water service? Sewage? Fire department, hospital, ambulance service, street lights, etc?

I have already explained how town funds will be raised. Your next question better be an informed one or you are getting ignored.

What will be done for the poor?

Should big corporations like Exxon and Monsanto be allowed to build businesses there?

Will there be a way to prevent people from polluting the air? Or preventing light pollution or sound pollution?

With no taxes, how will garbage service get paid for? Water service? Sewage? Fire department, hospital, ambulance service, street lights, etc?

If someone does not have a car that runs on biodiesel, what can be done for them?

and there he goes again.. another tangent.. first of all travelling the world, designing an asic, then a town. then an island. and now a restaurant that will go national...

such a shame he only has 1 bitcoin and is promised 20mill of dev coins next month to his name....

and back to his last post about distillery.. so he will use national grid electricity to heat up the distillery to make biodiesel to then put into generators to then power the generators for use around the town...

again look at the cost of product vs the profit of output

video 14 - distillery.
hmm should i just do a facepalm or ask him what fuel he will use to create the heat to warm the water to eventually make alcohol to then fuel the cars.....
ill give him a few minutes to work out the fuel consumption required vs fuel production  output for his 'eco' car fuel...

I'm not even gonna facepalm while I laugh at you and say "From the sun and from our power grid and leftover plant material". Please read or listen before replying, seriously. Or I will put you on ignore.

lets dig into more failings.

video 13 - bitcoin casino.
having a bricks and mortar casino in the state of new mexico is the same licence requirements as people playing with cylindrical shaped pieces of plastic.

Then Bitcoin casino could just be an organization that meets at different places every night, or weekend.

video 17 - mushrooms and land size
ill ignore mushrooms.. proposal 600 acres, 200 residents. wow.. 3 acres per person.. so thats their home and farm land. but now wheres the police station, school, hosptial courthouse, library distillery going to go.. guess you need more then 600 acres of land to also have room for non personal land. but community land. and some people may not want community roads and parking build on their land.. not to mention the solar farms needed just to get town street lighting and business premises running.. so its not just solar panels on peoples own houses its solar farms to run the community/business stuff too

video 18 - voting.
nice idea but in 15 years when people start having kids and the majority of the population are under 20. it just takes one of the elected parties to act childish, be a comedian, promise the kids sweets and teenagers beer. and some ignorant dumb guy wins the election.. F&*k it around election time ill hire barney the bear and have a beerfest party the night before elections.. voters will love me.. then ill show you what having no voting restrictions results in.

video 19 - drug use friendly
need i say more.. well lets wait for video 20

video 20 - creative residents
i mentioned this in comments between video 1-13 some where back. constructon crew, farmers, alcohol producers, police, fire, nurses, doctors, teachers, and now you want creative business people on top... hmm i think your gonna need more then 200 homes...... second half of the video

and now i see why this guy is making videos like mad and has over 1880 posts in under a month..bruno mars said it best but here goes... he wanna be a devcoin millionaire so freakin bad...........

video 21 - freedoms.
so all the kids wil vote for free sweets, free transformers toys, 5 christmases a year. and that becomes the law. teenagers will vote to relax the sex laws and alcohol laws so the horny 13yos can get drunk and laid.. just wait for the rape and alcohol poisoning to begin,

I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but have you thought about housing & education?

Yep, I have covered both in the videos and plan to cover them much more thoroughly in the future.

Housing won't have any restrictions except for height. And we will attempt to provide housing to people that can't afford to develop their land. Earthships will be the primary housing, but anything will be allowed.

Education will be non traditional, but I don't feel like 6 guys writing a textbook and every kid in the state reading it is a good way to do things. We will educate the kids more directly. They will still have the traditional subjects, but they won't be taught like lectures so much. And we plan on educating the kids about the community by showing them how everything works in town, and taking them to other towns. So they can be prepared for the world when they turn 18, instead of being prepared for a cubicle. Smiley

I think it's best if I just put all of my recent questions in one post:

1) Who would be able to live in the town?
2) Any special programs for kids? (Like the Girl or Boy Scouts, ect)
3) Anythings to do for fun? (Something like a Carnival or Fair?)
4) Any basic law businesses? (I'm just asking this because I think Attorneys are awesome..)
5) What would be our main crops?
6) Are dirt bikes illegal in New Mexico? (I also think dirt-bikes are awesome..)
7) What would be the main local businesses you would want to make first?
Cool Any restaurants you plan on making?

(Also, good reply to my post, and I like the YouTube idea. It could also give kids a little money if they become a hit on YouTube, and get a Partnership.

1) Anyone can live there, no restrictions. But we will be reaching out to small business owners, inventors, artists, musicians, film makers, actors, writers, doctors and engineers.

2) We will have a program for children and adults that will work towards creating all kinds of community projects

3) We will have the BTC house. Cubensis mushrooms are legal in New Mexico. And we will try to be as community oriented as possible with tons of festivals and all holidays celebrated publically. And if anyone in town wants to put funds towards any form of park (camping, amusement, etc) that would be completely accepted. We also hope to open a hatchery, and make a lake if we don't start with one.

4) We will hope to have at least one attorney in town, but we will have "The People's Police" in our police force. I can explain that for you more if you want.

5) Corn most likely, just because it can be use to make corn syrup, corn starch and biodiesel

6) We will make dirt bikes legal. I hope for it to be run somewhat like a ranch, where we are more lenient with each other (ex: 14 year old driving cars when they need to work land with their parents)

7) A library that is also a "Free Speech Center" to allow citizens and businesses to have easy access to (low grade at first)industrial printing machines.

8 We actually hope to make a local restaurant and turn it into a national franchise Smiley

And we will implement things like YouTube and camera phones into education to keep the kids interested. AdSense could fund projects and documentation and forum discussion could get projects started with students or schools in other places.

We could sink a bunch of old boats and that would cut down on how much dirt we needed.

To solve all of the problems, why not make a small group of people who help you with problems like this? (Like the Government, but smaller.) Like, you guys could look for land online together to determined what would fit the community better. I think it would help more than you just doing it yourself (No offense.), so other people could see it through the communities eyes.

That's fine with me. If people want to start posting pictures and prices of islands and land, I'm down Smiley
I'd like to at least look into New Mexico though before we consider another state. Because from New Mexico we could buy land in Colorado, Texas and Mexico (if we get a Mexican national). And those are all good places to have secondary "vacation" places and stuff like that.

I'm down if people want to suggest islands though Smiley I'd like to find at least a quarter square mile though if that is at all possible affordably. We need the original investment to be on workable and buildable land.
