BTCVideoCasino: Explain why it needs to be manually approved to have BTC cashed out and why the message I saw when I cashed out said it would take 5 minutes? I waited nearly 7 fucking hours with nothing in my wallet until the site shit its-self. So explain a BS message of 5 minutes now why my cash is pending and BTC is going down every hour of the day. It's been nearly 2 days now.

On the plus side -- luckily I didn't have too much tied up on BVC. Using sites such as Bitfinex, OKCoin, and 796 are great places in order to hedge your exposure to Bitcoin's volatility. Say you have 19 Bitcoin but you want to lock the price in on them. All you need to do is simply place 1 BTC on OKCoin and place a short with 20x Leverage, assuming that you are placing the short at the exact price you bought the Bitcoins for. This way if Bitcoin goes up, your other Bitcoins go up and if it goes down, well you cover your losses because of the short.

Thanks for the update. It's just nice to have word on what is delaying things. I can imagine it takes a while to import the records. I think I have tens of thousands of plays on slots alone.

I've won my fair share on this site, I have never questioned their integrity in the past.
I will also join the crowd though with having a couple Bitcoin stuck for the time being. The site went down right as soon as I was about to withdraw too, damn the luck. I'm confident in their ability and trustworthiness though.

Yeah this is by far the best Bitcoin site I've been on I tried another today and it was nowhere near as good as this, I just want the site back on so I can play on it again. They also respond quickly to your emails. The first time I visited the site I've got to admit I thought what's going here I won a little bit and couldn't withdraw I was asking people in the chat box how to withdraw and they were saying use the the green cash out button at the bottom. But because I was on an iPhone it wasn't showing the cash out button it's only visible from the desktop or android version for some reason? So I thought this ain't right but just went on the desktop and it let me cash out straight away. Just want to use my remaining credit and see I can win a bit back ;-)

I've essentially lost $60 with the pending transfer because of the BTC rate going down....
They're a legit company and have paid more BTC out prob then almost all sites. It happens.I know they are a legit company that has nothing to do with it. What if you just won 150 BTC as a progressive. You know how much you would have lost by now? $3000. That's a BS excuse "it happens".
