Both of them are good coins, but I prefer Ethereum, which is fast emerging as a major cryptocurrency. In the last few days, it has scaled new heights quite consistently. Also, in the calendar year 2017, it is risen by about 3600%.
Bitcoin and Ethereum are both great especially in investment, they have different thoughts.

bitcoin is more than valueable than know from the price and the volume in the market i think bitcoin have a big potential more than ETH, but i think ETH is a good too because ETH offers services to make smart contract.

i am choosing bitcoin than eth although i already have eth in my wallet too. bitcoin is always the leader so far but ethereum have a chance to be the second leader in crypto currency because eth have big community too like bitcoin. beside that today many ico that is based on the ethereum network and i think ethereum itself will be better than the other.

Bitcoin has a team of total assholes who always fight and argue and get absolutely nothing done. Ethereum has a remarkable team that is highly organized and kicking ass with great new developments everyday. Just look at the ETH documentation and the Bitcoin documentation.
Now, THOUSANDS of companies are building stuff that works with ETH chain. Bitcoin - still losing merchants and companies because idiots like 1MegGreg and AdamBack want to own the transaction flow via Lightning. Companies can't do anything on bitcoin blockchain and they all have quit. Ethereum will be much higher market cap than bitcoin in less than 12 months.
Even Bitcoin cash will pass up Bitcoin core.

if you want to mining bitcoin, you must buy asic to mining effectively, but in ethereum you can mining it with VGA.

I think those coins should not be compared because they are used for different purposes. Bitcoin is the leading digital coin because it is the first digital currency ever invented
I think both of them have real power to lead the cryptocurrencies in the future. Although they have not good prices in these days, I think both of them have enough popularity and potential to be more successful in the future.
Bitcoin is a more stable investment for a long time but now the ethereum is showing more growth so now you can invest in it

It is too silly contrapose this actives or compare. They are both genius. If you are interested in the price of them of course bitcoin will be more expensive than ETH. Bitcoin is a scarce resource like a gold. The demand will increase when all bitcoins will be mined.

Both the coins have equally great potential. Hence I dont like to compare them, rather I prefer both the coins on my portfolio.
Bitcoin being the pioneer of all the cryptocurrencies was the first to bring the idea of a digital cashless society and is a great investment asset. Also, it is the most widely accepted coin in the financial market as well.
Ethereum is not just an investment asset but can also be used as a token for smart, decentralised applications. Also it can be used as a platform for posting new ICOs. The coin has a great development team behind it which keeps on upgrading it and makes it a great potential coin.
I must say that future of crypto is a very interesting and important topic. For me, Bitcoin still is king always because Bitcoin is recognized by many people, so in future many investments will be made on Bitcoins and the price of Bitcoin will hit the roof again soon. However, Bitcoin and ETH both are promising coins and you should invest in them.
ETH is now good and price increasing day by day but my first choice is Bitcoin because Bitcoin is future of coin
A difficult question, because both coins are good. But I would probably invest in eth, because this coin is developed every day and more people are investing in it.
