Maybe, I hope that happens. But I think, what is meant is decentralization not (only) Bitcoin. There is a problem with the current economic system, the economic system now places a large amount of power in the hands of a handful of people. This is why decentralization is the next step in a large system because it spreads power. Everyone will basically share their "knowledge" to reach a democratic consensus.
For me, bitcoin can’t control the world's economy it's because of the population of bitcoin or cryptocurrency users is still meager. Also, some country already bans bitcoin because of some issues. But bitcoin has a chance if bitcoin or cryptocurrency become very valuable in the future. The other factor that I see is bitcoin decentralization.

This is silly and naive thought. I don't want to be rude and Bitcoin and all cryptocurrency are great, it will evolve in future, but it can't control the economy of whole world.

I am not sure that bitcoin will be able to control the world economy, even though bitcoin has become a global currency throughout the world, especially now, bitcoin cannot be fully accepted in all countries in the world, how can bicoin control the world economy?
I think that bitcoin is not a weapon that can harm people and also it can't easy to control the world economy because there is other currency that most used than to bitcoin currency.

i dont think so. if you generalize it like cryptocurrencies are going to control the world economy, i would say maybe. because there are better blockchain solutions that bitcoin has. there are better cryptocurrencies. but anyway it is still a bit early.

I do not think so. The market capitalization of Crypto is very low compared to the foreign exchange and securities markets. It's just beginning to grow and you should not expect too much at it. It will make you disapointed.
