As of a few minutes before this post, the Chinese translation was made live on Bitcoin.org. Hello to approximately one billion people who can now interact with the site in their native language and learn more about Bitcoin! Thank you to everyone who continues to help and volunteer time to support the completion of these translations. Smiley

I've completed 100% of the nofaq translations for Swedish on transifex, although it needs review. There are ~70 strings on the FAQ page that needs to be translated hopefully I will find to add those translations shortly.
Could you perhaps add Swedish to the live preview list?

Thanks Cyrus!! Feel free to message me on Skype (Garland.Binns) if you have any questions or if there is anything I can do to assist you!

I really appreciate your help! Smiley

Glad I found the project on transifex, then found this thread. I've been wanting to translate bitcoin.org to Romanian for a long time now, even had some emails back and forth last spring with the current owner and made the subtitles for the 'What is Bitcoin' video.
Anyways, starting working on it. ETA: 2-3 days, depending on free time.

it seems the FAQ is taking longer to translate for a lot of translators. So I just added instructions to allow translations to be published faster without the FAQ:

"It is possible to ignore the FAQ in order to publish translations faster. Just search for the "nofaq" tag in the Transifex search bar to translate/review everything except the FAQ. The FAQ is a very useful piece of texts but it is a very long page, it can be completed and published at a later time."

Is there a good Spanish speaker who would like to review translations? Spanish translations is a special case, translated by a large number of people, it would be nice to make sure these texts are consistent and properly reviewed before publishing them.

glad to see Spanish is complete now, I gave up after translating 25 or so strings.

Still very much appreciated, thanks Smiley
Yet there is still some work to do before it can be published. Spanish is an important language so it would be nice to have it updated.

What about other languages?

You can see their status here:
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/bitcoinorg/

As you can see, there is a lot of language teams. All of them are progressing at a different speed, and sometime fall in a period of inactivity. Making sure these translation are published is just a matter of spending enough time on them.
