That's amazing to know over there how complicated citizenship and all that is, here in Asia we also have our own issues, the laws are new (50+ years) and many small unique situations were not thought of.

For example in many countries here you have 10+ tribes and no longer exist as "nation" so the land they live on doesn't even recognize them saying hey you guys came from Mesopotamia like 1000 years ago, so you're not Asian lol

Singapore is the most "famous" here because almost 100% of their footballers and Olympic athletes at one point was not born in Singapore but given citizenship in return for "service" to sports. Imagine playing them and seeing Brazilian, Argentinian, African and others and noone speaks Asian language lol

Anyway, almost off topic but it's actually very relevant to laws of football for template of Italy, I think AFC is even less strict than UEFA in that regard.

Depends on if they choose to do the citizenship, but mostly do clearly. The case you mention you have to seek if they can acces to that one depends on the country, Dybala its from Poland one side of his family (yes sounds weird because seems Italian but he is descent form Poland from WW2), the other side i dont really know, so i dont know how are Poland policies about citinzeship.

Martinez its a Spanish one ,and Spain have some strange policies about, you have direct descent from a Spanish one so a lot of people cant op in for it, because they are grandson from the Spanish guy who comes to Argentina.

Other examples of having double citinzeship here are, Israeli ones, and Armenians, for example right now Lucas Zelarrayan and Norberto Briasco (Briasco its an italian surname but from his mother he is Balekian, an armenian surname) plays for the Armenian national team.


Saveljich its other player who plays for Montenegro, but he is Argentinian, anyways this case are diferent because they made the nationalization.

One fun fact about Argentinian citizenship, YOU CANT CANCEL YOUR ARGENTINIAN CITINZESHIP, once time Argentinian FOREVER argentinian, its the only one in the world. For that we have some troubles with Austria because Austria allows you to have only one citinzenship and resign the others you have, but with us they have to make an exception.

No, yes im Argentinian 100% i born and i live here my whole life, i only have double citizenship Argentine and Italian, because italian citizenship is given by blood. And i identify myself as a 100% Argentinian. If you ask me what you are i say Argentinian, i travel with Argentinian passport, and only use the Italian one for comidity in some countries.

And all my family its pure Argentinian since the early 1900, when the italian ones comes to Argentina. But like i said legally we can opt for a italian citinzenship, and plus 80% of the country has at least one ancestor from Italy so bascially we all can have double citinzenship.

This its very important in Europe football, because Argentinian players doesnt spend the foreign player quota, because they are """"""""""from europe"""""""".

Oh!! I'm so sorry all of this time I always assumed you were Argentinian meaning "native", I remember us talking about situation in football of Latin countries I forget Italy somehow is the home of Latin lol

Thank you for sharing. Myself I have also complicated ancestry and nationality, religion wise, language wise and passport wise everything is not matching so even I feel like I'm sort of lost.

All your points will be automatically transferred to our pool when you pay and join. You are loosing nothing except seeing how well you are doing against people of the pool which is exactly the point. I don't want people making the decision to join or not based on their performance in round 1. Like it happened to CLS in his formula 1 pool.

This isn't just intended for you, I told the same to another 2 users over PM today. It is just easier and more fair for everybody to do it by the book.

If somebody can't pay I am also willing to loan them the money and pay for them without any interest, and I know there is a couple of other members willing to help with that as well. We can always agree on something but pool must have exact numbers on escrow address at all times

I have never participated in the sports gathering for the Italian Championship before. I think this season I will take part in it. I don't watch many matches of this league except for the Champions League matches. So, let's discover the advantages of this championship together.

It is mostly in Asia only, and opposite it is the number 8. So especially for superstitious gamblers they bet always on something to do with 8 because of sideways infinity, and avoid 4 because its meaning is close to "death".

Football clubs commonly have the numbr missing from locker numbers and even building floors, you have 3a, 3b, then 5

Weirdly there is many variations of this luck thing in different languages, I know simpler version is "3rd time lucky" and actually in my culture "4th" time is very bad luck so usually you skip 4 and tell everyone it's your fifth try of fifth anything, even fifth child lol

When I saw this name in our pool, I thought that he may be newcomer from Sportsbet community, but now it looks that he is simply random guy who have no relation with us.
I think everyone can find our pool in public Superbru list. Only Family & friends pools and office type of pools are not shown. Our pool types is ''Business/competition''

If the pool is public which I think it is then others can find it just buy searching for pools. May be whoever he is, he found it from searching. It's better to remove and ban him. It still does not need even if it's anyone from us.

Who the hell is "The Terminator" in our pool? I don't think he has any connection to this forum or the pool. And that begs the question, how did he enter? This never happened before so I don't think it is possible unless one of you shared the link with him. Not a big deal, I can kick him out and maybe even ban him from the page if situation does not solve itself.

Consistency is what you need. You missed one or two rounds, don't give up. I had roller coaster ride in the last Premier League pool. I think I started from top10 in few rounds then I was not even in top40. Then improved and continued in top15 for few rounds before seeing myself not even in top30. Nothing was working for me, even I missed few games to pick. Almost was giving up. But some members were insisting and suggesting to continue. At the end I think I finished 12th. Own 0.005 btc. It's not the coin I won, it's about the ride I had.

Don't give up even if you see you are out of the competition. Consistency will bring something for you.

Well another season another chance to win something on Serie A, in my two participations i was a caboose so i have to change that, like the phrase says, "The third time's the charm" ( i dont know how well its translated).

So my objetive its to fight until the finish of the season and win something.
