And....... YES Lazio making Lazion things, WHY? why they cant be regular? .
I said that a few days ago and they come and make my statement true.

In my case, Milan blow up my bet, it was ain live bet for Corners i dont know how they managed to make only 1 corner.

Milan a culprit for me, as well, but not the only one, I made a mess out of so many teams. Roma about to blow us all up tonight possible? And Monza for a while now is favourite at home but I'm still reluctant. Should I trust odds since I don't really know these teams well enough? Or rely on gut and go with what I knew should have been a shoo-in pre-season? I mean Bologna's position doesn't lie, but maybe Monza's does?

Yes, i agree with you in most of your statement but i have to say, Lazio make me angry. How they can beat easily a good team like Atalanta, but cant beat a weak team like Sturm Graz in Europa League?, or after this win they leak points again a low tier team of the serie A. And its always the same with them.

Serie A teams needs to recover not only quality also regularity.

Yeah, only Atalanta and Napoli now have this consistency we require, minus of course Atalanta losing out but now Osimhen is back, I think we can definitely count on Napoli taking us far and well, half time already 3 up, hope Sassuolo hit back with a couple to get me closer to my pick (why I even went 4-2 I can never quite understand).
Did anyone else have Lazio to win in their tickets? Lost/cost me a lovely double-digit acca, was the final selection on top of that.  Lips sealed

Milan also lost, which, to be honest, does not surprise me. We've trouble playing in Turin, i believe we've only won like one or two times in the last ten years, and with Pioli making multiple changes in the starting lineup (looking ahead to the match with Salzburg midweek) dropping points was kinda unavoidable i guess. I still couldn't put it as an upset in our pool...

anyways, at least the over hit...

Well. Just as I was talking up Atalanta and Napoli being undefeated, one has now fallen. Watched the Lazio game first half, Atalanta were chasing shadows for about 44 minutes, terrible football with no comparison to Spurs/Newcastle which I later switched to.

But Napoli, wow, took the game, pop up with Osimhen, best team in Italy currently the best team in Europe too, based on all the UCL games I've watched... and yes, better than City too who's not had that good opposition to be honest.

agree Napoli and Atalanta were hardly picks for the matter prior to season began
but, that could change for Atalanta even in this round, Lazio will be a tough one to fight

Napoli is playing great on all fronts, but I am not sure if they will make it until the end, especially with WC break, that could change a lot in team forms
Napoli really impressed me so far, even more in CL then in Serie A. Did not actually see a single game from Atalanta this season but I don't consider Lazio as unbeatable, especially away from home and without Immobile. Lazio had some shocking defeats when playing away and the are now without Immobile for couple of months. I sort of think they will be middle of the table team.

Juve with convincing win today, did not expect them to do it easy.

Yeah, despite losing to them, I totally loved watching them play. It's different losing to Real and Ramos injuring our main man, or similar to that manner, losing to a team that plays amazing football, breathless, and reminding you what you used to be able to do so well? You can only admire such opponents.

Unfortunately, I sort of agree Italian teams are worth watching in CL and not so much in the league -- but that's an unfair statement as I only watch a few league games outside of EPL. Napoli-Roma feels like something I should watch (while backing Roma).

Also, didn't realise there were still 2 unbeaten teams in Serie A, and they're not either of the Milans or Juve. Pretty special season so far, hm?

Stopped looking at Juventus upsets these days as odds seem a bit unfair. Empoli away is barely 8/1, for example, shows you just how far and how hard the Old Lady has fallen... going to be hard for me to pick a midtable team for that kind of odds though.

[...] I could have gotten maybe even 120$.
Yeah, imagine how frustrated I was from the cashout I made and from the fact that the last game ended in a draw / 35 mBTC instead of 200 Sad
That is one of the reasons why I hate betting on draws, you are never sure the match is going your way. You can only be sure you are loosing if there is results like 2:0. You can't even cheer during the match since every goal is making your bet less likely to hit.

New GW starting soon, make your picks guys.

Thank you Smiley Picks all entered and this time I made a lot of same score picks both in Serie A and in La Liga, it's impossible to think and think a lot and check for form and whatever stuffs and still get wrong results.

I hate draws as well, but I know some people like doing multibet draws, as we can see in the SB ANN thread. Or also 1-0 multibets like AFCON I remember a lot of 2/multis would have made it amazing wins.

Man, morvillz7z, it's like now every time I see Mourinho it's different emotions of sad/happy/weird. Used to be just all about laughing and entertainment. Everyone getting older now I guess, I do miss when he was all knives out and ready to bite. Still, good vibes, thanks for sharing, I'd never have seen that otherwise.

Monza and Cremonese now through in Coppa, they really didn't need those distractions now, did they?

feeling pity for Sampdoria, they are obviously in train for Serie B, one more giant heading to lower levels football, no win in ten rounds

Despite the poor start to the season, i don't think they'll get relegated. They have a decent squad and most importantly, Giampaolo (he along with D'Aversa might be the worst coaches in Italian football) is no longer with the team.

This week's match against Cremonese looks like a good opportunity to break the streak of no wins. I believe Stankovic will be able to get them back on track with a couple of strong results.

Btw, it was nice to see them both with Mourinho reunited...

Woah!

I had no idea that I have won the Yellow Cap, that's twice in three weeks for me, not a bad one  Cheesy,

Woah!

I had no idea that I have won the Yellow Cap, that's twice in three weeks for me, not a bad one  Cheesy, but I'm still very short from the leaderboard, I still on the 5th position with several points behind, perhaps a few more yellow cap in the next few weeks will help me out  Grin

The only adverse effect I get is that the better I'm doing in this pool, the worse I'm getting in the La Liga pool : Sad

Hahaha, if you want to feel better, look how bad im doing in this two pools (LaLiga adn SerieA) i really dont know why im so low.
Im in the bottom on both tournaments, the only hope i have its in the other pools like PL and UCL. Because in this other two i think i lose the train.

As I said yesterday, of course. Monza and Torino only lost because I didn't put money on the favourites. Oh well. Inter needed to score 1 more for me to be truly happy, but as long as Spezia hold on for the win and Lazio wake up in second half, I'll be satisfied from this mid-round end.

Interesting for me was Inter didn't get booked... after collecting at least 4 in past few games. When was the last time they ended up without? (Heh I checked, Matchday 4, vs Cremonese haha).

Got an itch to back both Monza and Torino today in an acca, mainly because of form, but just waiting a bit to pull the trigger first... it's almost 9/1 but have also the same feeling as soon as I place that bet they're going to end up being draws or Juventus remember how to win Wink

Definitely not watching any of those games though as other tastier encounters await.
