These days I’m basically using my phone’s data plan during daytime, and not my usual fibre channel, which makes everything much slower to test properly, besides some bizarre things happening with the filters as of late. I’ll take a look into it briefly.
<...>

Big kudo’s to @ddmrddmr, who’s taking care of the merit dashboard issues also when travelling away from his cave to some exotic locations. (My guess here, but home is where your phone seamlessly connect to a WiFi).
Thank you for your work!

Nope, you’re right. I’ll look into it. These days I’m basically using my phone’s data plan during daytime, and not my usual fibre channel, which makes everything much slower to test properly, besides some bizarre things happening with the filters as of late. I’ll take a look into it briefly.

Edit: Ok, it's something pretty simple. When testing, I left a value in the "To UserName" box. The Username is mine, thus we are only seeing those that merited me ... I've wiped the filter and started to update the Merit Dashboard. It should be 10-15 min (phone's data plan and bandwith is not too great).

Hi DdmrDdmr. Like every week I watch this topic to give some more smerits in the french section. But today, in the TXs tab, when I choose a local subsection (french or another one), I have no results. Is it normal ?

Edit : OK I see, it's good now.

More than anything, it’s really an oversight on my behalf, as what you as asking for was part of the intended behaviour. It’s quite an easy fix, and the Merit Dashboard now behaves as you described, applying the Merit filter to both lists on the referenced tab.

Note1: Some posts titles may have an additional "re:" in front (meaning that some OPs include that prefix). That is a long lasting issue I have with my scraper (or my knowledge of how to manage it properly), and to cut a long story short is something I have not had the time to fix properly yet (albeit giving it a few goes).

Note2: In the coming weeks, I may have some difficulties updating the Dashboard on the same scheduled as I currently do (i.e. Friday lunchtime). I see what I can do …

Thank you for the quick fix. It worked like a charm:

I used the above section for some of my reports, now also the below table is updated coherently.
Thank you again.

Hello,
first of all, once again thank you very much for your work on your Merit Dashboard. It is a great tool you keep improving, we all utilise it and get if for granted. But we also have to understand you are putting  lot of effort on it. So, I personally appreciate it.

I have a little suggestion/request.

In the Tab "Most Merited Post/Thread", when I look at the thread part, I see the filter selection applies to threads, but not apply on total number of merits, which is always the total number of the thread.

For example, I would like to know what are the most merited thread in the forum during the lat month: I think currently this tab cannot display this information, or there are other ways I can obtain this information?

Thank you,
f.

Just added a quick tab to the Dashboard (called "last time merited") that allows us to see when we were last merited by someone, and/or when we last merited a given profile.

How it works:

1)   Type in your username on the top right box, and press enter.

2)   The top left list on will display the date of the last time you merited each profile. The default order is by Username, but you can click on the date header to sort by date.

3)   The bottom left list displays the date when you last merited each profile (same sort order comments as above).

4)   The Received Merits chart displays the overall received merits received by the UserName provided in step 1. Likewise with the Sent Merits chart.

5)   If you click on a given name on the "Last Time Received" list, the "Received Merit" chart will show you how many merits per month the selected profile has sent you. Click the name from the list to deselect (and erase the applied filter).

6)   Likewise, do the same in the "Last Time Sent" list to see how many merits per month you sent to a given profile on the list. Click again to deselect.

https://public.tableau.com/views/BitcointalkMeritDashboard/LastTimeMerited?:display_count=y&:origin=viz_share_link

Note: I wanted to have both lists and charts filter when you select a name from any of the lists at the same time. So far, it needs to be done separately on each list.
