Isn't it possible to fork the skript, it is opensource right?

I think we could get a bounty going for that feature!
Open source doesn't mean that you are allowed to change or even copy the script. Just means that the source is out for everybody to see. So it depends on what kind of license JackJack uses on this script.

Have you tried out bitcointa.lk?

Does the thread hiding feature work for anyone on any brower ?

I would really like that feature!
Doesn't work for me and JackJack is gone.

cool code. I think this may be an advantage of open source, it's like inviting all the world in your room, you clean it up furiously.

I changed the script a bit so that it could grab PM's in the Outbox folder as well. I now have the following two options:
Quote
List of PMs in your Inbox
List of PMs in your Outbox

The ignore threads feature appears to have stopped working?!

Welcome to the world of free open source softwares. Sometimes when one person leaves the company it no longer exists. lol

So far as the server side goes, i host all that and it will remain online indefinitely.

Hopefully jackjack is just out having some fun and will be back soon - all of us need our breaks from the bitcoin world sometimes.

I think that this project is dead. Sadly Embarrassed

Can someone else continue the script ?
I could, but his code is quite confusing and I am currently busy with other projects.

Are you sure the code is open-source in the first place? I don't see any indication of that in the OP.

Greasemonkey projects tend to be notoriously messy because they're supposed to be simple, so the file format lends for single-file spaghetti code. A solution is to compile organized JS code into .user.js files with a custom compiler, but it doesn't seem jackjack did this.

In addition, part of the project is server-side and I don't think that code has been released either.
Well I agree with you. The code itself isn't open-source as far as I know. So I would have to do it from scratch. I have no time for that, at all. Even though I would love to continue this.

For anybody trying to access userscripts, add :8080 to the end of the domain. Example: http://userscripts.org:8080/scripts/show/174546

If you run into him again ask about updating this thread (or returning to the forum at all). Thanks.
According to my logs, I was imagining it. Confused with another nick.
