So I noticed almost everyone in the chat is coming from the redd site.

I never really heard of reddcoin before, but wanted to try the site out.

I asked to borrow some and supermeatboy was kind enough to lend me 30k:

I played with it, won a few thousand, and decided to pay him back:

Firstly, it's annoying that I have to copy/paste the funny R-with-a-line-through-it sign and can't just type a regular R to identify the currency.

And secondly it's annoying that the "chatbot" message that told me he had tipped me put a "4" in the line but not his userid, and so I ended up sending the 30k (+1%) to user 4 by mistake. The 4 is supermeatboy's level, not his userid. It would be clearer if the chatbot message showed the tipping user's userid as well as his level.

Would it be possible to give the 30.3k to supermeatboy instead of user 4 please?

Edit: Resolved. That was quick!

It's very strange, can you check the source and confirm that browser didn't cache the string?

It could be a password manager I guess. I refreshed again later on and now it's not doing it any more, so I don't know what the problem is. I can play with it a bit more and post my findings.

And your cashout has been processed Smiley

So I see, thanks.

One more thing I noticed is that the manual withdrawal I requested via PM when your site was down due to DDoS a few days back doesn't show on the 'stats' tab. It's still a withdrawal even though I didn't request it via the site.

Edit: you're right about the user seed - it was a password manager. I guess it noticed that the user seed was in the same form as the username and password, and so thought it had to save its value too. It was also saving the "don't show bets less than" value.

it's comical to see you pretend to not be connected to this site...let's see how far you go with this! Smiley

So this site should be considered as a pure scam?
But the funds are still in his account.
926BTC that's almost 85%-90% of the total funds input.
https://blockchain.info/address/19yR1HxBNy5As4joecih4wgj8Cpe5SdmWk

I don't see any evidence of it being a scam.

I'll let you know if my withdrawal happens - or you can check here for yourself. I'm told Alex is on UTC+2 time, so it's a little after 6am for him at the moment.

Also, please don't feed the troll. That BB guy makes things up at random. He never has any evidence for any of his claims and is best ignored.

I finally got around to playing on bitdice.me.

Overall the experience was good. The bets are nice and fast, and the keyboard shortcuts work well (once you've figure out that you have to click outside the stake box).

I figured I may as well continue listing what little I didn't think was perfect, so here goes:

When I went to withdraw my balance, it wasn't clear whether I was meant to type the amount I wanted including the tx fee or not. And it wasn't stated that the fee would be 0.0002 either.

Then it told me "Funds have been sent: WILL BE PROCESSED FROM COLD WALLET" which is confusing. They haven't been sent yet if they "will be" sent later.

I couldn't find a link to this thread on the website, but maybe I didn't look in the right place.

One weird thing that happened: I visited the site for the first time in a few days, clicked my username to see my user seed, and it showed as "the site made me do it", which is the first thing I tried setting it to a few days ago, but which wasn't accepted. I ended up setting it to the same but without spaces.

So I edited it, set it to something else, then reloaded the page, and it was back as the original value with spaces. It's like my browser is caching the value or something. I placed a bet and it used the new value, but the dialog still showed the old one.

When I did a "/rain 0.1" there was little to no feedback about what had happened. The chat people tell me that rain goes out once an hour if it's over a certain threshold, at xx:35 maybe. It would be nice if the /rain command told me (and probably only me) that.

The "levels" thing is an interesting feature. I was level 6, and would have stopped if it wasn't for the fact that I was close to reaching level 7. Offering goals like reaching the next level seems to spur me (and presumably others) on to gamble more.

Edit: on my 'stats' tab:

Code:

                  WILL BE PROCESSE

That looks wrong. It shows up as a bad link, "WILL BE PROCESSE".

Edit2: it would be nice if there was an option to cancel a pending withdrawal. My first choice: withdraw coins. My second choice: keep playing. My last choice: have my coins in limbo overnight while Alex sleeps. Smiley

I've said this many times before but PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WITH INVESTMENT SITES.

Trusting anonymous parties with hundreds of thousands worth of Bitcoin in an environment that is NOT provably fair to the investors is usually going to end badly. Not to mention the incentive of the owner to stay "open" is low, as running with the money is FAR more profitable. Please look at pretty much every single other investment style gambling website other than Just-Dice, they all ran with investors money. I'm obviously not making any accusations but I don't think it's fair to unsuspecting investors to not at least have a fair warning.

With all that being said, investments are always risky and if you feel the ROI vs. the chances of this operator running off with your money is a good move, then go for it Smiley

@BitDice, I would recommend first building more trust before taking investments. Not to mention you will profit more by not sharing a bank roll. Slowly build up your own maybe?

Now that you are getting more users you really need /ignore or a crew of moderators who will provide some coverage.

Yeap had some retards who spammed yesterday, but we now have autoban Smiley All level 11 get ban hammer, need more high rollers Smiley

Nice to see you take dooglus' feedback positively and make the changes as needed. This shows that you are open to change and that's something i really like in a site owner. Not someone who says "Its my way, or the highway". Keep up the good work!
