Don't take it personally; he's against every dice site. They all make you lose 10 times in a row at 49.5% if you play long enough.

nice Alex sent back to ya. he is great at support!!! many other sites can learn at what he does on support. he is not as active as i would like, but i think he makes up for it in very fast email responses (given he is not asleep)
