Finally got my refund today.

I have been gone for a couple weeks on vacation. I just checked and we received all of our refund as well. That was a big relief for sure after paying for costly food in New Zealand. 
COMMENT:
I got some 4K of USD funds back and already secured it into another bank since IAFCU (will keep that too for now, they were a great help in this).
QUESTION:
Meanwhile, Does anybody know if any BTC in a bitfloor account are lost forever? I only get errors when attempting to transfer my BTC balance out.

You should have removed your BTC ages ago.

I got my ~$315 today. My balance on the site was changed to $0.00 and it still said under review.

Got my ~$100 today.
At least according to my bank account, and it's not pending.
According to Bitfloor, the deposit is still under review.

I just looked and I have my $1000.42 back after they charged me $5 more dollars.
As long as the Bank says it's there it should be ok. On my Bitfloor account it still says "Under Review". wooohhh! I can't believe I got my money back from those beat nicks. Maybe their is a God.

It is also possible that they are in the process of resolving the accounts in question but the money has not been transferred yet.
I'm just sayin'

That's what I'm doing, too. I'm hoping IAFCU will get the transaction fees when I use my debit card to buy stuff, but I don't know if they collect the fees or if their corporate credit union gets them.
I just got the 300ish USD back from Bitfloor. It also my birthday today. This was a welcomed surprise
got my $800 something refund. bitfloor status still says "under review" - apparently bank folks who process refunds don't have access to update bitfloor refund status
i plan to just keep my balance in IAFCU and keep the account there
