What's really scary is that the size of the staff at Bitfloor is about the same as the size of the staff at Blockchain.info Tongue

Do you know how many people are working for Roman?

The number of people working for Bitfloor is the same as the number of people working for Blockchain.info: One. Quite a contrast in service and quality though.
I was under the impression that the number working for Bitfloor was zero. Including Roman

If my bitfloor account was connected to my US bank account so I could do ACH transfer, why does bitfloor need this information again so I can withdrawal now? I'm just a bit wary of giving out all of this info to a company with these kinds of issues.

You have to give this information again because now you are being verified by a different bank. They can't just transfer your information over from the last bank because their not supposed to systematically store your personal data like that.

Makes sense. Thanks

The pin number will be mailed two days after the card is mailed.  This is a standard security measure, so the same mail thief doesn't get both.

Wow. He actually responded to me.. which I have to admit, makes me feel a bit douchie for all the shit I talk.. here is his reply:

@SpottedMarley will take a look. Many users have submitted without issues. Try to refresh/logout and back in.

so I just replied back:

@defunctzombie Mine went through fine, but others have been freaking out for a while now and mostly because they dont know who can help them
