Would be nice if someone would post evidence of successful withdrawals, otherwise whole situation with BitLucy looks messy. Users that come to this topic mostly read about withdrawal problems. This better be diluted with something positive.

BitLucy is a great example how a small mistake in security lead to a huge abuse and problems with page performance.

Withdrawals are still performed manually by the team, right ?
I don't think it's only a small mistake because why it seems so hard for them to fixed it? It will be odd if they aren't aware of it all the time but it's their duty to monitor their own site at most times. They can hire people to watch it or create some software which can ping them whenever there is something that is not right if the real owner himself is away or busy on something else.

I do not know if how much their minimum deposit and withdrawal but if it's small for us, why not we are the ones that will depo and withdraw? Because, waiting for someone else to do it can take time or those who don't have a problem won't bother to come here anymore.

The site seems to be down again, so no more withdrawal requests.  Undecided

And this joke of a saga continues.

After re-registering my account less than 2 weeks ago i now need to re-register again apparently. They still have $500 hostage but say they wont put it back in my account AGAIN until i go digging out transaction receipts from some date back in April.. unsurprisingly i've gambled elsewhere since then so fuck knows which transaction is the right one which they expect.

At this point ive given up any hope of ever getting my money back. Its been over 4 weeks of repeatedly recieving new excuses and them making up rules as they go along. How the hell you can clear a users database twice i do not know, do your developers not understand how to migrate data??!

I never did get my $500. I wonder how much money they made running this scam. I was one of the first to deposit at the casino (back in April) and i assume i was one of the first to try to withdraw. I wonder if they ever paid anyone out.

The site is not even online at the moment (anymore?).

I certainly have no sympathy for Royse. At the end of the day Royse is the is the one which advertised the casino and paid users to shill for them on here.

I am so sad to hear that Bitlucy is a scam. Thank you Jesus, I never made deposit here.

The management of BitLucy has decided to cut off all connections from bitcointalk and I am not officially representing bitlucy on bitcointalk anymore, according to them it's hostile to conduct a business in the forum especially a new business who are still in their baby steps.

It is not the first time I have seen such a statement, which consists of telling those of us who are asking for things to be done right that it is our fault. And these things don't usually end well.

Think, so far we had an official representative to share & solve our problems, thus the problem level is this.

I think the name bitlusy is already hyped, what will happen to the guys who will deposit later??
No representative, no solution, and who will take liability for their loss?

As easy as we want to avoid problems, are things so easy?

very sad,  Sad

Bitcointalk is certainly not a hostile place for any legitimate serious business, years long promotional campaigns are proof for that, it's more likely that bitlucy owners are not very smart amateurs.

I can't help but feel this comment is somewhat directed at me for questioning Royse777's response in the Reputation board, and tagging him after he posted that the site was back on line.  It's really unfortunate to see a reputable member implode like this, and blame the community for his failings.  What's more unfortunate, however is that many clients are still waiting for their withdrawals.  What are the odds they'll be getting their money back now?

I think your feeling is wrong.

It is clear that between Royse777 and dkbit98 there is empathy. But all dkbit98 is doing here is criticizing the casino owners and what they said that bitcointalk has become a hostile site. I and many others have criticized that sentence in recent comments.

Sorry for any confusion.  I was replying to dkbit98, but what I meant was that I feel Royse777 calling the forum a hostile environment may have been directed at me.  Since I was rather critical of Royse777's responses in the reputation board, and I tagged Royse777 for posting that the site was back on-line before any withdrawal requests had been honored.  I can see how my post may have been misinterpreted.

I'm not taking it personally, I already explained my reasons and justifications for the tag.  I still hope that BitLucy will return their clients money, and that Royse777's reputation will recover.

Reputation first.
It's so strange to see that Bitlucy has decided to stop his activity on bitcointalk and also consider it as an "hostile" place. Bitcointalk is the biggest bitcoin gambler community and goin out from here means that your site

will haven't any visibility and risks to be closed beacuse anyone wouldn't put any bet on it.

I know BitLucy casino had some issues with bonus abuse in the beginning, but I expected it to be resolved by now. It has been almost two months now, and although I have not followed this case very closely, it appears that the problems still persist. According to what I've read so far, this is a big mess and doesn't look good at all. I would strongly suggest that the casino management solve this mess first before continuing operations or accepting new deposits from customers.

What happen to them right now is a huge mess which people cannot take and since another disturbing problem occur where many people wait for their withdrawals to be credited on accounts for sure this add up the fear of people to play and settle up some bets on them. Best thing to do for Bitlucy management is they should sort out what things they need to do to secure all of the problems occurring on their platform and also they need to solve those issues as fast as they can because if people lose their trust for sure this will be the reason why their business fail.
I think people even though it is difficult to ask for patience should make an effort to do it, it must be very difficult what the Bitlucy team is doing, was in the Bitlucy campaign and they paid us all, you can't call a site Because he has fraudulent problems, much less Royse, since he is a person who is in charge of the entire problem, if things have already been advancing to what he is normalizing, retreats must also be normalized at some point, such a time they are not processing Withdrawals at the same time, but they must be very cautious in doing so, I think that for that reason they have not put automatic withdrawals.

It's an interesting plot twist. So, according to them, this community is toxic? Strange, then, that dozens of other gambling platforms have been successfully operating on bitcointalk for years.
Well, I guess we'll never know what was really going on behind the curtain...

In any case, they didn't look like they were fit for the job anyway, so good riddance to them.

I guess they are disoriented or misinformed or they have a hard time addressing issues, but Bitcointalk is still the best place to promote a Crypto casino based projects, its free promotion, all you have to do is to be very active here, address all concerns, it's not really hard to do, you have one of the best managers here and you blew it.
I'm sure the team is learning and I doubt if they are not going to be back here, maybe on another casino with a different project, this is a learning experience for them.

Why was there a similarity between the names Royse777 and Bitlucy 777 when Bitlucy was announced in the forum?

Then when the signature campaign started, there was no continuity and no professionalism from day one. It was like a shady shady feeling.

It would have been nice if everything had stopped when the first campaign was paused, but it didn't, when the second campaign came along it was widely hyped and many gamblers deposited in it.

The most amazing thing is that someone named Bislom has been warning everyone about this from the very beginning with a lot of confidence so that he knows everything.

It should be examined whether it is a purposeful and pre-planned attempt.

Sorry Royse buddy
Instead, you should feel sorry for the victims.

Thanks
Duke

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO! ANY BUSINESS WHERE ROYSE777 IS INVOLVED IN IS SHADY AND FRAUDULENT!!

Strong words like on a Newbie account. Of course, no one takes it seriously.

My advice for the future for you: if you don't want such a comment to turn against you then you should provide some evidence.

I dont have to proof my words. Its 100% that Royse777 was involved in fraudulent business and hired for fraudulent and abusing tasks.
I cant get into details about it, I have no reasons to lie about it.
I just want to warn people not to deposit your money here, because it will be confiscated by this dickhead royse777

Finally your words came true. It took huge time, and the site already promoted vastly and got huge reach.
It will not get huge reach if the Co-Partner & Marketing Director was another person instead of Royse777.

It seems they used his reputation.

This means after resolving the cases (valid cases) filled up via the Google form (close after 17th as mentioned on the post), I will not be responsible for anything else anymore for bitlucy on the forum.
I would request anyone who had issue with bitlucy, let me know. First post the issue in the ANN thread and then fill up the form (The spreadsheet will be private so please don't worry about personal information. I need to know your problem and if this is valid, you will get solution).
https://forms.gle/ra1Uk5xVhJmfq9kR8
The form will be closed after 17th.
Please make one entry for one user, make my life easier.

so where is the solution to a problem? fill the form till 17th and then what? On 18th everything will be solved, or bitlucy is just collecting list of problems? they know all the problems - pending withdrawals. still no one knows what happens with bitlucy, still there is same tune on repeat "you dont know what is going on on bitlucy, wait for withdrawals".

Furthermore, there will be no more promotions, no official representation from bitlucy in this forum too.

I will lock this thread in the next 24 hours to finish it officially.

bitlucy got offended due user attacks? they'd better stop business then, because there always be problems and users will attack them via email or life support.
