The management of BitLucy has decided to cut off all connections from bitcointalk and I am not officially representing bitlucy on bitcointalk anymore, according to them it's hostile to conduct a business in the forum especially a new business who are still in their baby steps.

This means after resolving the cases (valid cases) filled up via the Google form (close after 17th as mentioned on the post), I will not be responsible for anything else anymore for bitlucy on the forum.
I would request anyone who had issue with bitlucy, let me know. First post the issue in the ANN thread and then fill up the form (The spreadsheet will be private so please don't worry about personal information. I need to know your problem and if this is valid, you will get solution).

Manual withdrawals were supposed to be processed at 20:00 CET, around 4 hours ago. Have players started receiving their withdrawals, and can someone update the community on the current state of affairs? Are they being processed or are the same players still waiting to get their coins with the support asking them to try again?

I very much doubt any have been sent, i re-submitted my withdrawal request less than half an hour after the post saying the site was back online. I have still not receieved any payout from BitLucy.

That is now 4 payment runs missed since the site came back online and Royse said they would be processed at 10am and 6pm GMT.

It's now 9 days of waiting for me. Why anyone would want to play somewhere which doesnt have the time/liquidity to pay a $400 withdrawal i do not know.

Scam, plain and simple - I have been saying that "since forever" and it is a shame that Royse is involved in such a shit show.

I know BitLucy casino had some issues with bonus abuse in the beginning, but I expected it to be resolved by now. It has been almost two months now, and although I have not followed this case very closely, it appears that the problems still persist. According to what I've read so far, this is a big mess and doesn't look good at all. I would strongly suggest that the casino management solve this mess first before continuing operations or accepting new deposits from customers.


I also can't understand why they still haven't been able to solve all problems and be operating without any problems? Why can't they make instant withdrawals? This shouldn't be something difficult to solve, because let's see:

1 - people can make deposits that are immediately already on the site

2 - But can't people make instant withdrawals?

Could it be that the problem is that they don't have the funds to make payments when many people request at the same time?

I see that the casino doesn't look like a scam to me, it looks like they are trying to solve the problem but are just creating more problems. maybe they should stop one more time and fix the problem and then come back and start making payments

Personally I have no problems with Bitlucy or withdrawals or deposits. So being neutral is my choice. Although this case will continue to surface, I hope in the future it can be resolved. It's just that the anxiety of users who are now facing withdrawal problems will not stop until everything is resolved.
Of course, you are right until everything returned to normal such complaints will always come up, I don't know to what extent but I think almost all withdrawals were processed before the site closed the withdrawal windows. Bitlucy will make a welcome back until then let's just hope the operators of this platform need to take every adequate step that will sustain the casino operation from abuse and security issues that may arise in the future.
Everything should be fixed and cleared out before they would announce about its full operation.It seems that there are still some issues about withdrawals and there are some complaints accepting about deposits but not on withdrawals which is something awful to hear out.Dont know if the user who do make out complaints are still the same or an another batch.It is really hard to believe whether
these claims are true or not due to some possible destroying reputation scenario.

We dont hear anything from the team or from Royse but lets just give them some time on fixing or sorting everything.This one is a good looking casino

Agree with you, they should implement withdrawal only mode by disabling the deposit and betting option. Then they should focus on implementing a quicker withdrawal system. Withdrawal processing time and the availability of support is the most important thing at a casino. BitLucy team offered free bonuses during the launch, but we have seen so many complains against their withdrawal system from the start.

I agree with you. better Casino solves all the problems that occur. cleared all withdrawals and reorganized their system.
Once everything is done, operations can be continued with better marketing planning to get new users or retain existing users.

as explained by @Royse777, the withdrawal must be repeated. and those who experience problems can fill out the form to be resolved.
Until now there has been no confirmation from the user or @Royse777 regarding the success of the withdrawal process. I hope everything is over soon.

Would be nice if someone would post evidence of successful withdrawals, otherwise whole situation with BitLucy looks messy. Users that come to this topic mostly read about withdrawal problems. This better be diluted with something positive.

BitLucy is a great example how a small mistake in security lead to a huge abuse and problems with page performance.

Withdrawals are still performed manually by the team, right ?

What happen to them right now is a huge mess which people cannot take and since another disturbing problem occur where many people wait for their withdrawals to be credited on accounts for sure this add up the fear of people to play and settle up some bets on them. Best thing to do for Bitlucy management is they should sort out what things they need to do to secure all of the problems occurring on their platform and also they need to solve those issues as fast as they can because if people lose their trust for sure this will be the reason why their business fail.

Any news? I ask you and all those who are waiting to receive their withdrawals. Normally people in these threads usually protest but in some cases they don't come back to say that the problem has been solved.

Still no withdrawal sent. Which means they havent sent either of the payment runs since the site came back online.

I will of course update if i ever do receive anything.

Update: No withdrawals were sent at 6pm GMT, lets hope they start to process some tomorrow. I re-submitted the one they cancelled at roughtly 4PM and still havent recieved anything. Its now over a week waiting.

The site seems to have hardly changed and interestingly the excuse support were giving me all last week was that they were busy upgrading to add instant withdrawals 'within the next 24 hours'... 6 days later they clearly havent done that at all.

Any news? I ask you and all those who are waiting to receive their withdrawals. Normally people in these threads usually protest but in some cases they don't come back to say that the problem has been solved.

There is a thread in the reputation section questioning what is going on and at the moment Royse777 has been negative tagged by a DT member.

Really? I have been waiting for this for a long time since the many problems faced. But at least we will see that everything is in much better condition. Developers are working on a fix, and at the same time, some people are having problems withdrawing money. it seemed natural for them to panic a little.

but it's good to see everything back on track. those experiencing withdrawal issues have also been given a solution to do it again.
I hope, those who have successfully made a withdrawal leave their reviews upon success. even if there is an unpleasant experience for users, at least their problem can be solved.
